I hired Shoreway Plumbing to pre-test a sewer line for City inspection. Mario Garcia came out to assess the situation. He is reliable, knowledgeable and very professional. He traced the line; went to the City to file the permits and met the inspector at the appointed time. All went smoothly thanks to Mario and his know how. I was very grateful as I don't live in the immediate area.

I requested a quote on yelp to have a bathroom faucet replaced from Shoreway Pluming along with several other companies. Shoreway provided a very reasonable estimate and was able to come the next day so I went ahead with them. They we very professional, friendly, and did a good job installing the faucet. I will definitely call them in the future when I have plumbing needs.

I send in a request via yelp with the description of the work as we have hydro jetting of the sewer line annually. The estimator I agreed on an estimated price for 2 hours. He promised they will not go over that price. When Oscar, the technician arrived at the gate, his first question was what is your agreed upon price. I told him and he immediately said the price he said the estimator gave was wrong and gave me a new price which is double of what was quoted me originally. This is plain cheating! I told them to leave the property immediately.

I met with Reggie and his associate to get an estimate for a sewage lateral repair. They were professional, honest, prompt, and clearly knew what they were talking about. They got a detailed estimate with diagnostics and detailed description of the work that would be done back to me within the same day. Reggie even called the city to confirm what part of the sewage system they would handle.

Update: Douglas and his crews finished the re-pipe work less than 2 days! They were fast and efficient. Good job, Douglas! They took another day to repair and put back all the sheetrocks - well done here! Reggie worked with me closely for the status and City inspection's schedule - another good job! They were great! They were at my house within 30 minutes. The technician and the dispatcher came and they were both very polite and professional. I cannot thank Doug from Shoreway Plumbing enough. After two and a half months of 1 minute intermittent hot water on all showers at the house he was able to fix and improve my new Navian tankless water heater and expensive Dornbacht shower valves!!! He worked flat out for two days and solved a problem that others after several attempts could not. He is my new hero.

Somewhere around my water heater showed leaking, but I could not find it, so I contacted Shoreway Plumbing. They dispatched a person on the same day.

Wow - so I know nothing about water heaters and called Shoreway because it may be the only contractor open on weekends. Abraham F. was on dispatch was SUPER helpful and though the business was to close in 30 minutes, he carefully listened to my issues and offered great solutions - like connecting me to their sister company Bayshore.
