I picked Shoreway because they were certified for a Takagi water heater and the online reviews were good. I was nervous because they told me it would cost almost $300 just to inspect my water heater, and then parts and labor would be charged on top of that. I envisioned a massive bill. Cesar arrived (early, happily), and noticed that we didn't need the inspection... he could just fix the part on the exterior. He told me up front what the part and labor would cost-- all less than the inspection price. He did nice, clean work and left everything in great shape. He took the time to explain everything to me about what he had done and what we should look for, (including explaining all the ways our plumbing had been installed incorrectly by Regina Plumbing), without trying to upsell me on anything. I also asked if he could replace a toilet part that I thought was broken and he showed me he could just adjust it-- we didn't even need a new part. So, I give him a huge thumbs up for his honesty and integrity. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat if I have any plumbing problems.

Based on my due diligence and having just recently had Shoreway install a tankless hot water heater, I am highly recommending them. As was mentioned previously they're not the least expensive bid that you will get. But if you're like me, leave the plumbing in the hands of experts.

Did a great job finding a water leak from the third floor of our town home. Came out very quickly when called, was very careful finding the leak (which was tricky and ended up being inside the wall) and repaired the leaking pipe in good time.

So nice to find someone who calls when they're on their way, is committed to finding the right solution for the least cost, and is truly pleasant to work with. Not to mention that they finished the job on time and under budget! I emailed the company on a Thursday night and they called me back first thing Friday morning. Job was finished by Monday. (They also did an excellent job replacing the pavers and plants that had to be removed to do the job.) Thank you Shoreway and Reggie!

Our tankless water heater went out over the three-day weekend of New Year's day. We called Shoreway on recommendation of our installer to arrange for service. They arranged to have Juan Vega come out at the start of business on the day after the holiday. Juan told us that the water heater had not been maintained according to the schedule, which was why it was clogged and not working. (The installers don't tell you that these things need maintenance). He was professional and did a methodical job of assessing what needed maintenance and whether the blockage had done any damage to the rest of the unit. He completed the service, restoring the heater to near mint condition, all for less than the initial estimate.

Shoreway does high level plumbing work on stuff that regular plumbers won't touch (including tankless heaters). They are not cheap, but they do very good work, and seem to be there when you need them.

My tankless water header didn't appear to be working. I was referred to Shoreway by another plumber because of Shoreway's expertise with tankless water heaters. Juan was there on time less than three hours after I called to arrange an appointment. He solved the problem and provided me maintenance recommendations to avoid a future problem.

Now in September 2017 we needed plumbing help again (tankless water heater, and kitchen and bathroom faucets) and of course we called Shoreway. A big power surge knocked out our tankless water heater and radiant floor heating and Shoreway was our hero! They answered their phone (so many companies didn't) and came out right away. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, we had to wait for parts to arrive but as soon as they did, Shoreway immediately came out and swapped out the bad component.
