Avraham, over the phone, was nice, patient, and efficient, and quick to find an available technician for a visit the same day. Douglas, the technician, arrived on time, was super nice, patient, and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. I couldn't be happier with their service.

i just have a tankless rinnai rur199en installed, and it does work as expected. Kevin and Andy did excellent job in installation and taking the old unit away. Very patient and friendly to explain all detail information to the new customer.

I had a couple of plumbers come out to check on my shower's low water pressure. Cesar was the most professional, courteous, and knowledgeable one. He tested the pressure and agreed it was low. He was also masked up which I appreciated. When he came back for the repair he also wore shoe covers to walk through the house. He disassembled the shower handle to show me the issue and was able to fix it right away. Fantastic job. Super efficient. Highly recommend.

Our water heater stopped working last night, so we want to get it replaced today as soon as possible. We quoted another company and their price is outrageous, so we called Shoreway, and the price is more reasonable.
Oscar is super helpful and finished the work very well. The work took about 4 hours, including removing the old heater, installing the new heater, setting up new pipes and cleaning up. Oscar did all the work patiently and not letting any detail slip through.
Their service is reliable and I'll come back for future needs.

I needed some help to understand how to get hot water into a kid's water mat at the front of my house. Shoreway came out to understand the layout and walked me through 2-3 options. Turns out there was a very inexpensive option to get this job done. Five stars to them for explaining so well and saving me a bunch of money. They did not even charge for this small consult.

my wife doesn't like cold showers unfortunately she only had to take one. I reached out to Shoreway plumbing and they responded within 15 minutes. We were able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. They came out, showed up on time, replaced or old water heater and took away the old one. Great friendly, service and made my wife happy not having to take a second cold shower.
