Their workmanship is top notch and very neat. Repair price is reasonable. This company deserves a hundred stars!!!

Had a backup of main sewer line. Shorline Plumbing was very responsive to fit me into their schedule. They cleared the main line from the backup, even though is was very backed up, from the street all the way through our sewer line. They had the snake equipment, including a heavy duty snake, to do the job.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for a plumber!! Peter and John were truly amazing! John was so patient with me when I was explaining the work I needed to have done and he helped me schedule my appointment in a very timely manner. He also, took the time to answer SO many questions before sending Peter out to do the work. Peter was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel absolutely at ease as he went thru my house with me completing job after job. I had multiple problems that needed to be taken care of and he spent 7 HOURS at my house one day making sure everything got fixed to my satisfaction. He was professional, kind and very thorough. I hadn't gotten a quote in advance but went ahead with the work anyway because everything needed to be taken care of. I was VERY pleased with the fair pricing I was charged for the work they did. This is a company you can totally trust! I would not even hesitate to call them again for all my plumbing needs.

As a HVAC Contractor here on Oahu I know good workmanship when I see it. Even more I know superior customer service when I witness it. My wife and I came home after a much needed week vacation to the mainland only to find our garage flooded from a hot water tank pipe leaking water every which way. Of course these things don't happen when you're at home, only upon returning late at night, tired, and the last thing you want to deal with. I turned the water off and called John early the next morning. As I explained my situation of returning home to a nightmare and desperately needing professional help with this water leak John compassionately set my mind at ease and explained that he was here to take care of my challenge and that I not need to worry as he was here for us. He told me that he would have one of his team members come by to evaluate the situation within the hour. Literally one hour after, and I am not exaggerating it was one hour after that phone call two of his teammates showed up, introduced themselves in such a respectful manner, diagnosed the problem and explained that they would return tomorrow with the materials and tools needed to fix this water leak. The next day, as promised, the same two friendly technicians showed up, also communicating the whole time via text in ETA's, arrived, and up to date information on the repair, fixed the leak, cleaned up after themselves, and just went above and beyond my expectations which I have to admit are extremely high as I am in the customer service business (AC) and run my company in the format as John. Plumber Brandon came to my place and was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems and quickly fixed everything. Was honest and didn't try to upsell or overcharge (3x higher!) like another service wanted to do. Glad to use a small local honest business. Brandon Pelekai did a fantastic job with total repair of my carport faucet which my washer is connected. The original faucet was very old and the valve/nipple snapped...flooded my entire carport. The owner John Dyer came right away and inspected the job yesterday evening. The repair was done professionally by Brandon the next day. They even replaced my old faucet in the kitchen that was leaking. Overall, I'm very happy with their work, knowledge and their professionalism. I highly recommend Shoreline Plumbing. Water leaked from our shower head and toilet reservoir kept refilling at times when not in use. Contacted Shoreline plumbing to inspect and repair issues. Provided as much details so they know what they're dealing with. Brandon the plumber assigned to the job was cordial and quick to deal with the issues having tools and parts on-hand. John is quick to answer phone calls (and I'd recommend calling) and answer questions. I will definitely hire them again. Hmmmm maybe for a bathroom remodel in the future. Awesome work guys keep it up!!

Landscaper hit an above ground sprinkler valve cracking the pipe, causing a leak. Found Shoreline through their high yelp rating and took a chance. Called the office and was told they'd send someone in a day. They texted me saying the plumber would come the next morning between 9 and 11 a.m. Plumber Vangel texted me 8:45, saying he's on the way. Showed up at 9 and was very cordial. Problem was the leaking pipe, but couldn't turn off the main house water valve because the knob and screw were completely rusted off. He gave me an estimate of 1,000.00 to dig the valve up, it was 2 1/2 feet below grade. Because the sprinkler valve had been leaking for 2 days, the Adobe dirt had turned into sticky clay. Really hard to dig. Vangel not only replaced the main valve, but moved it 2' higher to make it easier to turn off. Installed a new box around it and took care of the broken sprinkler piping. Added a second above ground valve just for the sprinkler. In case we Crack the pipe in the future. I didn't even ask for that. He put all new copper plumbing for the new main ball valve. So everything below grade is copper. Refilled all the dirt. Came and explained all of the repair. I was observing throughout the day, so I understood what he was up against and how he repaired it. Long story long.... Vangel did an excellent job. Price came out exactly what he quoted, and with the additional shut off valve, made future problems way easier to deal with. I wanted to replace my very old hot water heater. Great communication with owner, John. He and I emailed each other and he always answered my questions. He said they would pick up my water heater. We even discussed warranties for the hot water heater. They would remove the old water heater and install a new water heater. Shoreline Plumbing would even discard my old water heater as well. This is the 3rd time that Shoreline has provided services for me, so I knew they would do a great job. Duke, the plumber from Kaneohe did an excellent job. I never realized how much needs to be done to install a new hot water heater. Duke even had to re-install my hot water timer, as well as add 3 new connectors, and a pressure relief valve connection. After he left, I immediately took a shower! It took about 1/2 hour for the water to heat up after the electricity was turned on. If you are looking for a reliable plumbing company, get the one with a lot of Aloha.....Shoreline Plumbing.
