I've used shoreline a few times and usually they are good. This time, I asked for a shower valve to be replaced. The owner came out looked at what was needed, and said he would get the part and come back. A few days later another employee came and said he needed to see what part was needed. I told him the owner already came and looked at it. He said he would talk to the owner and come back with the part. nobody ever came back to fix the shower at all. They just forgot about me. It's been a several weeks now.

Mahalo to John, Paul, JV, Evan and Duke. They did a great job replacing the old cast iron pipes for my shower. It required digging a trench about 18 inches deep to access the old pipe which no longer drained the shower. PVC pipe has replaced it. John also gave me the names of a demo company to tear out the shower initially and a tiler to put in new walls and floor. They returned after the tiles were in and put in the shower fixtures. They came in to remove the toilet so the drywall behind it could be replaced and again the next day to replace it. John and the others were all very patient with me and all my questions.

Scheduled an appointment to fix a few items (running toilet, leaky shower/faucet, and basin plug replacement. Brandon was on time, knew exactly needed to be done, and fixed it quickly. He also determined a rusty supply hose, and replaced that as well. I would use them again!

What I thought was a simple maintenance issue with my solar water heater turned out to be a complete replacement of my 120 gallon solar water heater! I called several companies to come check and for an estimate. Only one came right away! This was Shoreline Plumbing. Paul came out as scheduled and assessed the situation and also educated me on how a solar water heater works and maintenance homeowners should do (e.g. flushing your water heater annually). I also got my estimate the next day. Needless to say we selected Shoreline Plumbing for the solar water heater replacement. John (owner) and Paul did the install and also had to come back the next day to install the new sensor on the solar unit on the roof. They completed the job professionally and also educated me again which I find valuable as no one else we talked to took the time to do so. Long story short is we're glad we selected Shoreline and made a friend for our future plumbing needs. Fast, friendly, courteous professionals who do good work and who do so without breaking your bank with reasonable pricing!! Thanks John and Paul!!

HOA did an inspection on my townhouse, and found multiple plumbing issues. Reached out to Shoreline Plumbing, emailed them a copy of the HOA report, and John got back to me rather quickly with a quote. Pricing on par with a few other companies. Decided to go with Shoreline Plumbing. They have good reviews across multiple platforms. Shout out to Paul, who worked on the plumbing issues. He was on time. Worked fast and efficient. Cleaned up more than he needed to. He also gave me some great suggestions on some other plumbing stuff I'd like to take care of in the future. Called Shoreline Plumbing this morning, initially speaking with John about my issue. He said he could probably come by today or tomorrow and we set up a time. Then got a text from Paul who requested some add'l information, and he was able to come by within 90 min of my call. It was an easy fix for them, but when something is wrong with plumbing or electrical issues, I leave it to professionals to handle. Paul quickly fixed my shower temperature valve, in two shower areas, making sure everything worked correctly before leaving. Despite how busy they are, these folks are fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. Communication is excellent, pricing is VERY reasonable, and overall customer service is top notch. I will definitely be calling Shoreline Plumbing when/if I have future plumbing needs. Thank you Paul & John for resolving my small but irritating problem so promptly.

Our shower diverter faucet broke. I would normally fix it myself but I have been working late. Company was very responsive and they had an opening on the same day I called. They sent two guys for a one person job so our bill was $300?

Emergency water shutoff. Professional and so easy to work with. Very accommodating. John Dyer, owner, licensed contractor answered my call. I noticed the 5 star reviews on Yelp. Condo renovation, unit had so many plumbing issues. Shoreline plumbing plumber Vangel came to access work at unit and early morning of water shutoff picked up the plumbing supplies we ordered. Vangel and other plumbers worked the entire day to complete our plumbing renovation. Replaced water heater, 2 toilets, kitchen sink, 3 faucets, angle valves for entire unit. Even going to pickup the correct kitchen sink from Lowes, since the kitchen sink we bought wasn't the correct size. Vangel and John always answered my text messages promptly. Excellent work and customer service. Honest, professional, worked until everything was completed, timely. I'm so happy I found Shoreline plumbing on Yelp. Highly recommend Shoreline plumbing. 5 stars.
