We specialize in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning solutions for residential and commercial clients with offices located in Traverse City and Petoskey. The journey of Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling began in the founder's residence in Traverse City more than 45 years ago with just a few plumbers and the founder himself, and has expanded to over 85 employees across two locations.

Jerry, a native of the Hannah/Kingsley area, finished his schooling at St. Mary's School. His great-grandparents settled in Kingsley after immigrating from Germany. Immediately after high school, Jerry joined the Air Force at the onset of the Vietnam War. After four years of honorable service, he trained as a plumber in Massachusetts through the GI Bill. He built a family in Massachusetts and returned to Traverse City in 1975. Two years later, he established Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

In addition to his military background that led him to this field, Jerry holds the necessary licenses to operate a business. His credentials include master plumber, plumbing contractor, mechanical contractor, and boiler licenses. After over 40 years of dedication and hard work, Jerry has built the thriving business that Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is today. With an eye on the future, Jerry is eager to semi-retire and spend more time with his family at their cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
