We provide plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services for both residential and commercial properties with branches in both Traverse City and Petoskey. More than 45 years ago, Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was founded in the founder's house in Traverse City with a small team of plumbers and the founder, and has expanded to over 85 employees across two locations.

Jerry grew up in the Hannah/Kingsley area and completed his education at St. Mary's School. His great-grandparents settled in Kingsley after immigrating from Germany. Right after graduating high school, Jerry enlisted in the Air Force as the Vietnam War began. He was honorably discharged after four years and became an apprentice plumber in Massachusetts under the GI Bill. He started a family there before relocating back to Traverse City in 1975. In 1977, he launched Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

Jerry's military experience introduced him to this industry, and he possesses the required licenses to run a business. These include master plumber, plumbing contractor, mechanical contractor, and boiler licenses. Through 40 years of commitment and perseverance, Jerry has established the successful enterprise that is Sheren Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. As he looks to the future, Jerry is excited about semi-retirement to spend quality time with family at their cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
