Called Dave on the recommendation of a neighbor and he was able to come by the next day to look at a problem we were having with the kitchen faucet as well as one with the bathroom toilet. He was able to fix both on the spot. Pricing is about what you'd expect, so I can't say it was super cheap or too expensive, but I suppose you get what you pay for most of the time. I'd recommend him to others and will call him for future plumbing needs.

Dave was amazing on all the important points: responsive, prompt, professional, more than fair in pricing, and got the job done (the job being a clogged kitchen sink drain that he diagnosed very efficiently and snaked out very quickly). The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars was due to something he can fix (and if he does, I'll edit this to give him 5 stars). I'm Asian and don't wear shoes in the house. I don't expect people I hire who come into my house to fix things to take off their shoes, but I've hired other plumbers who bring disposable booties. Would save me a lot of time and trouble cleaning the kitchen floor after Dave had left if he had invested in some booties. Anyway, if someone else posts a comment saying he did, I'll change my rating to 5 stars - he certainly deserved it in every other respect!!

Dave is the man! I had almost completed an installation of an under sink water filter, and asked for his help. He gave me some needed pointers, and was on his way. He knew I was close, and was going to be able to finish the job myself, so he didn't charge me. He also completed a flush out of my main line about a year ago when it got clogged with some branches, and it was super reasonable in terms of price. Would definitely recommend!

Wow. I wish all service people were as honest and direct as Dave Shelton of Shelton Plumbing is. I called him about a stuck bathroom faucet, and instead of immediately coming out (and charging me a service call), he asked that I take a photo of the faucet and text it to him. He was able to tell me that the parts needed would be replaced for free by the manufacturer, and to call and have them send the new parts before he came over.

Once the parts arrived, he showed up promptly and fixed what turned out to be a nasty mess inside the faucet parts. He only charged me for the service call, performed the work well, cleaned the space afterwards, and was extremely friendly. He's someone who takes his work seriously, comes from a place of honesty, and is now my go-to guy for plumbing from now on.

Excellent plumbing company, reasonable, on time, super friendly, and overall great service. Needed to have a replacement kit installed on my water heater. Called Shelton and within an hour (or less) Dave returned my call. He not only picked up the replacement part but installed it later that day! Dave is amazing and I would use Shelton Plumbing again in a millisecond. Thank you Dave!

Dave when above and beyond for me. Honest- Told me what needed to be done and what it would cost. Friendly- I had a really nice time chatting with Dave while he was working. I will definitely recommend Shelton Plumbing. It's nice to now have a plumber I can trust.

Seriously! Someone who knows what to do. My kitchen sink is classic ""1928"" so....Not so easy when it comes to fixing this thing. 2 other plumbers come in and try to fix this beast and..No dice, they are telling me that it will cost over $500 to replace. Dave was honest and upfront which I like. NO BS kinda guy. He ended up fixing this insane job with a some twist,jabs, and turns ""it was stripped"" and BAM! he fixes it which 2 other morons could not do. I would use them again for sure but..hopefully won't have to for awhile.
As far as Sarah's comment..... Really? Dave is good people in my book. 2 Thumbs up Dave.

Have used a different local plumber for years. But, Dave often parks in front of my house to go to the post office. I have talked to him several times and wrote down his number ""just in case"". So, I get a small hole in my under sink pipe ...at 1:00am !! I called
my original plumber the next AM, and he basically blew me off, that he was busy and could I call him back and leave a message. So, I called Dave. He returned my call within 10 minutes, and we made our appt for next AM. He was on time, took care of my problem within 15 minutes, was friendly, and charged me exactly what he quoted. I now have a new plumber. Definatly recommend.

You can't get better than Shelton Plumbing. I have used Shelton Plumbing for years - both Harold and Dave. Dave has absolute integrity, honesty, is straight shooting and very reasonably priced. If someone puts less than 5 stars for Dave, then they can't handle a straight forward, honest guy who will suggest the best solution for their plumbing problem. Most important - any work he performs is absolute perfection! My friends who use Shelton Plumbing think he is as great as I do!
