Excellenet plumbing company- I had Chad, which I can not give a high enough rating! Very professional and transparent with their scheduling and price structure, which is hard to find in the home improvement space. Replaced most of the plumbing in my house with this company, and with scheduling the work for day of! Chad was very flexible working around my house with the whole family in it, and always took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, which helped me tremendously. They will absolutely be my number 1 goto company from hear on out.

We had two runny toilets, and I got a timely estimate and next day appointment with Shellback Plumbing online. Alex, the service tech, arrived this morning very timely. He had both toilets fixed in a short matter of time, and after checking the water pressure regulator that hadn't been changed in some years, was given the okay for that too. No pressure, just a recommendation for now or later. He offered a discount as well. Great job, and should lead to less stress on our water bill.

I had a leaking flex line with my water heater. Jimmy from Shellback Plumbing came out within the time frame given me. He saw where the leak was and also showed me where the tank itself was starting to leak, which I didn't originally notice. He told me what the current code was for replacing water heaters in the Los Angeles area and the reason for the code. He said I could also check out online what the code was and I did. He was right about the code and the reason for it. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a courteous and respectful manner. At the end of the job he showed me everything he did and cleaned up all debris.

I also spoke with Gary who was the owner of Shellback and I found him to be courteous and he also answered all my questions in a respectful manner.

I have dealt with other plumbing outfits in the past but never one that was as courteous and respectful and reasonably priced as Shellback.

After trying unsuccessfully to contact other plumbers, I called Shellback and couldn't be happier. They took my information, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that a plumber was on the way. He was very courteous and friendly and took care of my clogged sink and leaky toilet quickly and even fixed a minor faucet issue I was having at no extra cost. I highly recommend these guys!

On Thursday, I realized my water heater was making a hissing sound, was afraid that it may have been dangerous, i shot it off and called Shellback Plumbing. Gary was able to schedule his guy Alex to come within the hour (around 8pm) to see what the problem was... He determined it was leaking and was no longer good. Gary then help me find out what the warranty included and did the extra miles, phone calls, trip to hardware store, etc... Awesome service and will definitely call them back with future plumbing issues... thank you much! Jo

This was not a small job. I needed to replace 100 ft of natural gas pipeline, running from my meter to the backyard pool. It involved breaking concrete and lot of trench work. Shellback was prompt with their estimate, and offered me a few options at a reasonable cost. Chad and crew delivered just as promised and I would definitely use Shellback plumbing again.

We came back from our vacation and on day 1 found water leaks above the dining area. We have our master bathroom upstairs and realized the leaks coming from there. I called up Shellback after reading all the positive reviews and got an appointment for the afternoon. It was not an easy task to identify the issue even after cutting open the ceiling drywall. Gary the owner also came in to help and after many hours found a crack in a pipe. Long story short, Gary and his team worked hard and got the fix in. They are honest, courteous and has reasonable pricing. Highly recommended. Now we have a honest plumber for life :-)
