I called Shellback Plumbing on July 5th after our water line broke the night before (4th of July) and the water company shut off our water. It was a plumbing emergency!! Steve arrived at our house less than an hour after our initial call. Let me tell you something...it was a very hot day and Steve worked his a** off in the sun. He was able to fix the leak and run a hose to our house so we would have water for the night. Steve returned on time the next day (today) and finished up the job. Very professional, fair price, and we received help super fast. Thank you so much for showing up so quickly and doing such a great job!!

Woke up this morning to flooding in my garage Thankfully my home warranty put me in touch with Shellback Plumbing. They were super responsive. I called them directly just after I logged the issue with my home warranty around 8 am. I explained the issue and was told they would have someone out TODAY between 3 pm - 5 pm. At 2:55 pm I received a text saying my technician was headed to me. KEVIN was a rockstar! Punctual. Professional. Explained the issue in simple and easy to understand terms. He worked with management to have it resolved same-day despite it normally taking longer to seek additional approvals/authorizations from the home warranty company. I had already been without water for the entire day and couldn't imagine heading into a long holiday weekend with plumbing issues. KEVIN you saved the day! I really appreciate you going above and beyond and staying late to be sure the job was done correctly.

I was looking for estimates for a whole house water filter & conditioner. Jesse came out the same day to do a free estimate. He was quite thorough in assessing the situation and answering any questions I had. The estimate came with a realistic assessment of how long things would take and a heads-up that the water would need to be shutoff for the entire duration. This enabled us to plan accordingly. Their price was the best of the estimates we got. The install was clean; Jesse made sure we were on the same page about the plan and took into account clearance for my existing water heater shutoff valve and two electrical outlets when positioning the filter & conditioner tanks. The work was done on time and without any surprise charges. Jesse was friendly and professional. And I got a heads-up text about 15 minutes before he arrived and about 30 minutes before he finished-up. Overall, my experience was consistent with the many 5-star reviews I read before reaching out to them. Would recommend.

David from Shellback is a great plumber. He fixed our air gap sink issue on no time and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him. I know I'll be asking for him the next time I have a plumbing issue I can't fix myself.

Shellback Plumbing was not the first plumbing company that our insurance company sent. I am thrilled to report that for this leak, the insurance company does not need to send anyone else! Eric arrived on time and was determined to repair this leak. His work ethic reminds me of how I was raised. This was a difficult to access job and he was relentless in seeing it through. We had not been able to use the upstairs bathroom for months while companies could not figure out the leak and one even suggested that it didnt exist! At one point part of the job needed an additional worker... there was a second Shellback truck in front of our house in minutes. The companies motto refers to integrity and that is what I experienced today! I dont write a lot of reviews but the quality of their service demands that I share this with you.
