This company is awesome! It starts when you call their office; they answer the phone with a real person, and schedule an appointment right off the bat. I had a leak under my sink, phoned at 2:30 pm, and scheduled an appointment for the next morning within a 2-hour window. Even better, Danny showed up just before 5 pm that same day after the office called to say they had an opening.

Danny diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He was courteous and professional. Excellent service.

I will definitely use Shellback again, and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Thank you!

Outstanding Professional service, Plumber was promised at between 8-10 am, he showed up at exactly 8 on the spot, I showed him the kitchen clean-out location for my drain clog that was located somewhere between the house and the sewer in the street.

He came in and snaked out the clog quickly and had everything closed up within about 30 minutes, the paperwork was all on an Ipad and I knew the cost before he showed up, detailed billing was sent to my email.

These are the people to call for ANY plumbing problem, they are the Gold Standard!!

Shellback plumbing, and their point person, David, did an OUTSTANDING job fixing a plumbing line broken in multiple places in the slab in my home. Shellback brought out multiple teams to diagnose the problem. They used a step -by-step by process to fix the problem with as little cost to me as possible. Each team arrived on time, all were polite and considerate, and all had specialized knowledge and equipment. There were multiple unexpected issues. Ultimately my slab had to be jack hammered and a new pipe was slid into place. It involved a tremendous amount of hard physical work and specialized equipment. At each step, Shellback discussed the options with me. I am fully satisfied with the finished job. I highly recommend Shellback.

I used Shellback Plumbing for the second time and I can't tell you they do not disappoint!! I had a wonderful man by the name of Aden who came by to fix a clog and issues with the kitchen garbage disposal. Everything turned out great and I will be using Aden for other work in the future.
