I have experienced outstanding service on every occasion from Shellback Plumbing due to their professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and being on time. Given the above history, they are ""go to"" plumbers for all of my plumbing needs. Recently, they installed a brand-new water heater. Unfortunately, the regulator on the water heater stopped working. Shellback responded in a timely manner and replaced the regulator on the water heater. Miguel was the technician who was friendly and courteous. He definitely knew what he was doing and was able to replace the regulator in minimal time. This last experience was nothing unusual with Shellback since they are always outstanding. Personally, I placed a lot of trust in Shellback for being an honest company and knowing their craft to the fullest.

Needed a water heater. They come out for free and give you a ballpark estimate. I asked for one in writing and it never came. Meanwhile Mathew's plumbing did an exact and written estimate $200 lower over the phone from photos. Came out same day in 103 degree heat and took care of it.

Probably the third time I tried using them and it didn't work out.

Our water heater was leaking and I needed an urgent repair. Looking through Yelp reviews I plumped on giving Shellbeck a try as the the quality of work of the previous plumber I used had not been to our satisfaction. The team at Shellbeck was on it the moment I called. They answered the phone quickly, listened to the problem, asked the right questions and said someone would be out between 3-5 that day (I called at 2pm). 2 Shellbeck team members showed up at just after 3. The main gentleman who had been with the company 7 years, assessed the problem, showed me why I needed a replacement, gave me a reasonable quote and said he could get it fixed within 3 hours. They did just that, ensured the area was cleaned up and were top professionals throughout the entire process. Both gentlemen were polite, knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. OMGosh! I called Shellback Plumbing because we have used them for 8 years and loved their work. We called them because our upstairs bathtub kept leaking water. Chris came out and replaced our regulator thinking that would do the trick but unfortunately it didn't.
Yesterday for 24 hours our water in our shower ran so much that it was the same amount of water running as our shower uses. Our water bill would skyrocket and fine us as well. We called them today back out here. They sent out Jesse and oh man was he fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and professional. With in an hour he fixed everything that was supposed to have been fixed the first time.
He surprised me when he said there would be no charge and apologized for it not getting fixed the first time around, Then he surprised me again by saying they would give us a letter for the water company so they would not fine us and take off that extra water from our bill.
This company has replaced and fixed so many items in our house over the last 8 years. I love them because they take care of their customers. They are honest and dedicated to wanting to fix what's wrong with your plumbing in a fast and orderly manner. Oh yes and they always clean up after themselves.

OMGosh! I called Shellback because our water was running a lot in our upstairs bathroom. Chris came out and replaced our regulator and thought it would solve the problems we had been having.
It solved nothing. All day and night yesterday the water ran dispensing as much water as if you were taking a shower. 24 hours of running water. I called Shellback today and they sent over Jesse with in the hour. He is very Knowledgeable and professional. My gosh he is outstanding! He fixed everything that we had called them out about the first time. He fixed everything really quick with in an hour and then said they would not charge me because it was not done the first time and he apologized.
He also said since our water bill will skyrocket and we might get a fine so they would write us a letter to help us have that extra water taken off our bill.
See a company can screw up because no one is perfect but when they make it right for their customers that's all you can ask for. This company is Triple AAA rated. I would trust no other with my plumbing needs.

Had a water heater leak (water heater is 22 years old) so found out we got a lot of miles out of our water heater. We shopped around and Shellback gave us the best quote.

Moreover, most of the plumbing companies to assess the damage were charging for the visit but Shellback's was free. A+

I gave them 4 stars for with water that leaked in our garage, there was dirt that the workers left just for working around the area - understable and I was not sure if they were supposed to clean anyway. The guys were all respectful (those who came initially to assess and the guy who installed). I still would recommend them for the free initial visit, competitive pricing, installation (took about 4 hours) , knowledgeable crew and prompt response. Thanks Shellback!
