Carlos and Raul replaced our water main line from the meter to the house as well as the regulator and installed an automatic shutoff device. Their service was great! The did an excellent job and the communication was outstanding.

Was in a serious pinch right before the holiday and we had family in town with a downstairs bathroom giving us a problem. I took to yelp to find someone who could come out that same day and for a good price...Jonathan to the rescue! They quoted us a very fair price to come and auger our toilet up to 6' and he was able to clear it. He stayed and ran it a few times, flushed and made sure it was all good. He was courteous, thorough, and tidy (he wore the shoe booties before coming in which was soooo appreciated we didn't even have to say anything he just did it)

Anyways...Shellback Plumbing helped us out the day before the holiday and came out within the hour which was amazing. Definetly recommended

I needed a plumber to assess my situation and advise since I have an outdoor project in progress which exposed black ABS which I thought was sewer. I found Shellback on Yelp and called for an appointment. They sent a technician same day who informed me that the pipe was not sewer but landscape drainage. Unprofessional and not helpful in resolving the real issues. Plumber came over and was rude and just wanted to leave and come back to ""investigate pipes"" with a camera. Clearly looking to make some money. Had same problem a week later and called a real plumber that fixed it right easily.
