Purchased a salt water softener system and needed a plumber to install the lines and connections. Sheldon's was able to send someone within the week for a free estimate. Pricing was fair and Caesar came to perform the installation. He was very professional and met my very tight timeline to complete the plumbing connections. Will definitely consider Sheldon's next time I need plumbing services.

Not a good experience. They did the wrong work that did not repair our problem. They didn't take any responsibility and just offered a new solution that meant spending more money and replacing our unit which was another 15k when we already paid over 7k. We contacted our credit card company and they actually refunded our money back . Sheldon's then went ahead and sent our landlord a letter threatening to file a lien against the building, this forced us to pay even though the work they performed did not resolved our issue. We also then found out Sheldon's never filed the appropriate permits , they did the work in May and filed the permit In July because without that permit they could not file the lien. They were all about making money for theirselves. Sheldon's charges 3.5% if you use a Credit Card. Something other companies don't. We had to replace the unit with another company and it was 5k less than what Sheldon's originally quoted us. We also got a bigger unit. Sheldon's is overpriced and doesn't stand by their work, I would recommend to look elsewhere.

Needed a new Hot Water Heater and they came out the next Day to do an inspection and give me an affordable estimate and did an outstanding job installing it

I had a complete AC system installed (and I mean everything) I included an additional Airdrop in the Living Room to be installed (which helps cool the main living area quicker). they did a great job, and the installation was done in ONE day. I had upgraded the system to put out more AC too.
A 2-year service contract came with this installation. Anything that could be improved the techs did on the service. The manager, Art, came out to review a small error a tech made. All was corrected within 24 hours.
I was not expecting personal service like this, but it only goes to prove what a great outfit they are.

They took the time to figure out the real issue and were very understanding and patient. What really impressed me is one of the senior technicians Dean came and helped us out when he had his own personal family crisis due to these recent fires! I was so impressed by that!! What a giving spirit! Highly recommended!

Awesome! Phoned office early evening and got an answering service. I received call back within 20 minutes from JP, Sr Tech and was able to get service next day. JP showed up promptly and diagnosed problem. He explained everything and quoted price, had all the parts he needed in his truck and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank goodness because this week the forecast is predicted at 108 temps. There were no sale pressure tactics. I did sign up for a twice a year maintenance agreement - well worth it to me. JP is very knowledgeable, courteous and a great Tech. I highly recommend Sheldon's and JP. Thank you for a job well done!

I had an emergency with the A/C
not working in my unit and making
a loud noise. I called for service and they came out the same day and fixed the problem! Victor
worked on it and used his ladder
to access the roof and put in a
new compressor. He is very reliable and calls you to explain everything and answer any questions. This is a very good company and I recommend them.
Just be aware that they do charge
an extra 3.5 percent to put it on
a credit card and they don't let
you pay on line.

I had a 3 split air conditioning unit installed in the three bedrooms of my house. From the very first meeting, where we talked about what i needed to the final installation and cleanup everything went off without a hitch. Tim's crew did a great job. He took my concerns to heart and went above and beyond taking great care in his work. I would highly recommend them.

Once again excellent job from Sheldon AC. Edgar, Hoser and Victor serviced our units, we have 7 locations and they provide excellent service. They take the time to explain in detail what is going on with the AC Units and provide several options. Also, thanks to Regina for always being readily available to assist with scheduling with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Sheldon's.
