,, ,My review had to wait until I received my requested copy of all documents pertaining to the sale and installation of my heating system. As well, my new water heater. As a result of not getting a copy of all pertinent documents for a month after rhe sale completed, a mistake occurred.The plumbers were trying to balance the new water heater on rhe much smaller pedestal of the old water heater pedestal. They were told I did not authorize replacement. But verbally, during our discussions about the sale and financing of the project, the verbally approved and discussed the terms all parts necessary to properly install the the heater and water heater were included, we found out the listing of parts needed were were bereft of the proper water heater stand. We had to deploy means in contraint to cover the inclusion of the water heater stand. This was the the only black marks against this being a 5 star product and installation project. Sheldon's has really put together a 5 star value added experience in this sale and installation. Thank you very much Sheldon's and 6 star people who sold and installed My systems.

I reached out to have my leaky shower head checked out and Josh and Quinten were super helpful and friendly. They inspected the the walls and ceiling for water damage and luckily discovered I just needed a new shower head. I purchased one the next day and contacted Quinten to install it. He came that afternoon and installed it quickly and even checked out my water pressure to see if it was ok as I thought my kitchen sink was a little weak. All and all I was/am happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I will reach out if I have any future needs.

I love everything about this company from customer service to quality and safety. They not only fixed the heating system but they tested the component in addition to the A/C cooling to ensure all wiring was in place. This isy 2nd time using them and the 1st time was great service as well. I recommend them to anyone wanting to get their A/C cooling and heating serviced. Thank you once again!!! Sheldon Heating and Cooling responded to a call for help with a replacement of a heating system. Most companies would not come to the small mountain town of Idyllwild. It was my last attempt to get help since no one here would .
They were polite, responsive, and very helpful. They were able to determine a plan and very quickly planned a new system . The next week my system was installed and operating perfectly. All personnel were very educated in their fields and the new system was installed without a problem. I was told by many companies it was not possible or to difficult.
This professional company finished the job without a one problem. No one complained about a tough job and all employees were a joy to deal with. I'm so thankful I called one more company. Sheldon Heating and Cooling has restored my faith in companies and dedicated employees.

Just an update from my previous review! I purchased Sheldon's Air and Heating maintenance program . It was well worth it and i highly recommend. Tim and Anthony offered 5 star customer service as they serviced my air conditioner and changed the vents . The office staff communicated with me from the setting up of my appt until arrival of technicians. It was very much appreciated! Thank you Sheldons! Keep up the good work !

We recently had an issue with our HVAC system - the AC was shutting down and restarting in short bursts - still cooling well, but sounding and acting strangely. Since Sheldon's had installed the system about 18 months ago I called them to come out and diagnose and repair.
Victor came out a few days later to do the work. He did a comprehensive job of evaluating the system and did the repair.
Afterward he showed me photos of the important parts of the system, explained the issue, and used before and after photos to demonstrate what and why he made repairs after the fix. I felt like I got a clear and easy to understand cause and repair of the problem. Best of all it was fully covered by the warranty.
Victor was professional and thorough - I recommend him and Sheldon's for your HVAC needs.
