I'm on a contract with them where, for a reasonable price, I get 2 home visits a year.
This is the first visit; they cleaned my furnace, upgraded my air filtration; checked and cleaned my AC.
Louis was thorough and answered a couple questions in a way I could understand. I had a couple potential issues with my AC he pointed out and they later sent me an estimate for those.
Very thorough and reasonable, I recommend.

I believe I was overcharged. $350 to check why my AC was not working, and changed the capacitor (which apparently is only around $15 on Amazon). The lady on the phone had said the $59 service call fee would GO TOWARD the cost of repairs. It did not. Instead, the tech, Louie Fattah, informed me it would be ""WAIVED"", but he told me this only after I asked. Otherwise, I am certain, judging from his attitude, that he would have charged me the $59 plus the $350. Unfortunately, I didn't know any better, this being my first ever AC problem and repair. He was here under an hour, and he did do some troubleshooting, including checking the gas level. But, changing the capacitor was extremely easy and quick. At the very least, he should have deducted the $59 FROM the $350! I will not use this company again, and I would recommend you not use them either, or be very diligent about possible price-gouging.

I own an older HVAC system that has required maintenance the last three summers. I've had the same technician show up the last three years. He's always been on time and importantly he's always been honest about the status of my equipment. He's been able to repair the system the last two years to help limp it along. This year, he tried, but the system has reached its limit. The technician gave me a solid recommendation on a totally new system and Sheldon's gave me a a good discount to help make it affordable. I'll save significantly on energy usage with this newer, more efficient system. Bottom line: this is an honest company that will take care of your heating and cooling needs.

I am in a quadraplex in San Bernardino and I got to tell you, I was scared. My old AC company went belly up during the pandemic, no idea how I was going to get an emergency repair done and I was living in an apartment with 100+ degree temps. My other tenant was also living in 100+ degree temps and she was elderly. They took our situation into consideration and not only were they able to get to us in a reasonable time, but their senior tech TIM was absolutely amazing.

The admins in the office Cheyenne and Sandy were great to speak with in terms of their ability to problem solve, modify invoicing as needed and resolved any concerns that I had.

They do work with commercial complexes and with the service that we got, I am glad to use them again in the future.

I own a rental property and my tenant text me Sunday night that the AC wasn't working. I first called my home warranty on Monday and was told they couldn't come for week...that just wasn't going to work in the middle of the heat wave so I was hoping to find someone faster. My husband is a commercial HVAC tech but works mainly On kitchen equipment in restaurants, but he said if we could get it diagnosed he could probably fix it. We were more than happy to pay to have a diagnoses.

On Monday morning I called and spoke to Cheyenne and she was great! I asked for a tune up and diagnostic. She got someone out same day. Louie arrived approx 5:15. My tenant called me 7:15 and had me speak to Louie who told me he changed the capacitor and contactor and needed a blower motor and total would be $1250. We said wait, you already changed parts? He said yes and the AC won't work til he changes the blower and he has one on his truck. We were upset as we did not authorize him to do any work at that point because we just wanted it diagnosed. At that point my tenant is sweating, it's 90 in her house and he says he can fix it. Then he leaves to ""go get tools"" and returns and says he doesn't have it and has to come back Tuesday morning but the good news is now it's only $900.... He returns Tuesday morning and is there all day from about 9:30 to 4, every time he calls the problem is different, now it needs a thermostat and freeon, then it needed a dryer filter, then it needed to be vaccuumed. He was there til 4pm literally just parts changing the AC.

My tenant had to leave for work and he said he now needed to go back inside. No one was home. He said he would test from outside before leaving and then call me. He stated ""it's working like a champ"" but still needs to come back in the morning and go inside, So I called and spoke to Cheyenne and asked for a new tech and she said dean would be there first thing Wednesday morning between 8-9. When dean arrived it wasn't working still. Dean checked it out and it determined it was in desperate need of a tune up/cleaning and got it to work slightly and told my tenant it should start cooling but may take awhile. He was very professional and helpful but obviously couldn't wait around all day to see what happened. So who knows if even needed all the parts Louie put in. He didn't leave the old parts, no photos, kept leaving the door open to the house and letting more heat and flies in, smoked while working with her doors open and left his cigarette butt by the AC unit.

After dean left, assuming it was working, I asked for the manager who called me very promptly. I spoke to art, explained concerns. He was very apologetic and said to let him see what he could do and would call me back.

At 5 tenant contacted me that ac was still not working correct. It was cooling but barely. Called again and Cheyenne and sandy got someone to come first thing Friday (tenant wasn't available Thursday). I can't say enough nice things about the office staff...I do appreciate sandy and Cheyenne they were very kind and helpful.

Friday we get victor...our third tech. Luckily my husband took off and was able to swing by and speak with victor. Victor showed him Photos of the meter valve which was stuck open causing the coil to freeze up. Made sense...but unfortunately he couldn't get the part until Monday. We just don't understand how this wasn't caught by the previous 2 techs...He did say his boss art said there would be no additional charge which we did appreciate. But now we're almost a week with no AC, an unhappy tenant, and multiple new parts in the unit that we don't even know if we needed.

Monday rolls around and luckily we got victor again. He was on time, fixed the problem, and went on his way. Since Monday (it's now Wednesday evening) the AC is working great.

I really would have appreciated a call back from art after this whole experience. After Monday, victor left, and there hasn't been any communication. I understand they're probably swamped in the midst of a heat wave but this definitely wasn't a 5 star experience. I can say the office staff is great. Some of the techs are great...others not so much.

AC went out, of course just when you don't need it to. Have a service contract with Sheldon's. They did forewarn me about the AC system going down and gave me an estimate of time. They were right on the money. I was hoping to make it through another season, alas no.
Service Tech analyzed my options and gave me scenarios.
Not good. After creating options for replacement, arranged my financing and showed up the following day to do the installation. Done in record time, no fuss, no bother.
Great guys and service team. Best experience I have had so far with renovating my house. Now, hopefully, I AM DONE!!
