I work for a property management company and deal with AC/Heater companies all the time. I am thrilled to have finally found a company that is honest, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced!! We ONLY call Sheldon's now for all our services / new installs.

Everyone I have worked with at Sheldon's has been friendly as well as professional. They take time to explain the problem and the solutions available to me so that I can make an informed decision. Other companies usually just say 'I can fix it for this $XXX'. Honesty and Trust go a long way and this company has it in spades.

Called this morning to have service for today, and they definitely accommodated with Garth coming out and providing excellent service. Did not try to sell me just checked my duct system and A/C unit to inform me that everything is in working condition. I would highly recommend. It is very hard to find honest and reliable serviced out there.

I asked my wife to have these guys come out to inspect my new AC unit because it has been 1 year since it was installed. These guys did not do the initial install but I had them out before with my old AC unit and they seemed nice so I remembered them. For $35 or so the guy went into my attic and took a photo of my condensing drain pipe. He then proceeded to tell my wife it's hooked up wrong and water won't flow up hill. For only $900 he can get it repaired. What??? First of all it isn't flowing upward, the technician isn't even looking at it correctly. Secondly it only needed to be flushed which I ended up doing myself for free. I will stick to my normal AC guy. Thanks for nothing!

Jason was very very friendly! Even though our original appointment was 12-5. Something came up and we actually missed the appointment, but he was kind enough to come back at 3, when we got home.

Jason checked our AC and see what was wrong. Our AC was blowing warm air and it actually made the house unbearable with it on. Jason found that we needed a new part because the old one we had broke down. After Jason put in a new part, the house started to cool down instantly. He also went ahead and cleaned everything else.

All in all, my experience with Sheldon's was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to all my friends! Thank you guys so much!! And Jason! :D

Just had a $59.00 preventative maintenance done. I so appreciated the serviceman, Jason. He was knowledgable, and explained everything to me. He made some recommendations for the future. What I liked the most was I felt like I could trust him. No strong arm tactics! I will use this company next year as well.

Didn't show up for the appointment...

I called and made an appointment for air conditioning tune up. Was given a time frame of 12 to 5 pm. Very large time window and but still stayed home the whole afternoon. Around 3:30 called again to make sure the tech will be arriving and was told that they are very busy but I am next. Waited another hour but nobody showed up. Get a phone call from tech around 4:47 pm that on the way another 4 miles but I told him don't come. It was going to be another 2 hours of work at least and didn't wanted to ruin my Friday evening.

They should have called promptly to keep me informed. If their customer service is this bad and cannot schedule people correctly, I am not sure what else they cannot do.

Will be using someone else.

Very prompt, and most importantly, honest service. I've had many bad experiences with other A/C companies over the years, as many mis-diagnose problems, or try to sell you parts that aren't bad. Sheldon's has always been honest with great service on the several jobs they've done for me and my rental properties.

Sheldons was great! The techs came out very quick and fixed my AC. The tech was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They were super reasonably pricey and glad I went with them! I will definitely use them in the future!!
