Don't call them unless you know for sure that you need work done! They do great work BUT I just had to pay $125 (service call) for them to look at my meter and tell me """"You don't have a leak!"""" Took about 3 minutes. I think $75 would of been reasonable.

Our toilet clogged on a Sunday and Chris did a great job locating and fixing the recurring issue in our bathroom. He was thorough, courteous, and recommended an extra service for inspecting the drains for more roots after he found some during his snaking of the drain. I would definitely recommend and will use them when we decide to get our drains snaked with a camera.

We used Shamrock many years ago and we were incredibly disappointed. We tried to resolve our issues with them but they would not return to our home or accept any responsibility. They installed a new water heater which ended up getting granules and debris stuck in all of our pipes throughout the house. Took years to get the crap out of our pipes...without any response from them. They never got it inspected and turn out it is not to code! Not professional!

My fiance and I bought a new home in February that had been repiped by Shamrock plumbing in December of 2020. We ran the dishwasher the first night we moved into the home in February which unfortunately leaked. We purchased a new dishwasher and called Shamrock Plumbing to install the dishwasher as we were pleased with the repiping of the home. RW came out to install the dishwasher, he was prompt, professional, and kept his mask on during the time he was in the home. After pulling out the dishwasher he discovered heavy water damage from not only the dishwasher leak, but a leak from the previous owner that was hidden from us during the sale. Upon further investigation RW said in good conscience he would not install the dishwasher due to the mold intrusion. I agreed and he suggested to call Damage Control 911 for the mold and water mitigation. Obviously this is not what we wanted to hear but the levels of mold were unsafe and RW had our best interest at heart. Jeff with Damage Control 911 came out and took care of the issue, (I will post another review for them, but they did an incredible job). Instead of charging us the full amount for the install RW only charged half then came back after the drywall and studs were removed and I had framed in a cavity for the dishwasher. RW did a great job leveling the dishwasher and in the process explained to me a lot of different things to watch out for with the plumbing to prevent any leaks happening again in our home. For first time home owners this information will I am sure prove to be invaluable and we greatly appreciate the candidness from RW and professionalism. We will be using Shamrock Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.

had a water softener install on my house. They came out, advised me on what was needed prior to the installation and then explained all the details about the system to me. Beyond horrible service from Shamrock. They performed a re-piping and, WHILE they were working, several outlets lost electric. They said they would look into before they left but did not. I had the breaker reset and outlets tested and after several WEEKS of telling them of the problem, they finally sent out an electrician who said he couldn't do anything to repair the damaged electrical wires unless and until the walls are all re-cut open!! That was two weeks ago and still have not sent someone out to cut open the walls for the electrician. This is all after Mark and Tom both threatened my elderly father that they would slap a lien on the house if he did not pay them 100% for the work BEFORE they were even done with the re-piping! Not to mention, the left the bathtub facet is hanging off several inches away from the wall (with surrounding title cracked) and now several of the hot/cold facets are reversed! Honestly shocked they are still in business. I don't ever leave reviews and rarely complain about service but have never been treated so unprofessionally and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

We had a issue with dirty water from our kitchen sink going into our dishwasher. We didn't realize until the water started leaking out of the dishwasher onto our floor :( . Shamrock was able to send someone within 2 hours of my call. The technician Jason came and was very friendly, took his time, and was very thorough in figuring out the problem, fixing it, and testing it. Would definitely use them again.
