Purchased an older home that had polybutylene piping. The old pipe was not safe to keep so had to have a repipe done. Mark came out and gave us an estimate we had gotten other quotes that varied but we went with Mark. They repiped the whole house in about 6-8 hours and then the next day their drywall folks came out and patched the holes. So far everything working good. We would recommend them for repiping.

We've used this company a few times since we moved here about three years ago. Leaking faucets/fixtures mainly, and most recently a shower issue. One of our wall mounted shower heads was dripping and the technician knew right away that it was because the handle was not shutting the water completely off to that wall. He removed the one handle and was not able to figure out the manufacturer of the shower fixtures (if anyone can recognize the brand from the pictures, let me know). The stem valve did not match any of his valve pulling equipment so he was not able to fix the shower. He was able to go into the attic and cap off the water to the one wall of shower heads. We are still able to use the main shower and rain shower. In the meantime, he is checking around to see if someone else knows the manufacture of our shower fixtures so he can attempt to fix the shower. They are reasonably priced and all the staff I've met has been friendly. They don't service anything related to pools.

Shamrock plumbing did a great job re-plumbing my home. I could not renew my home owners insurance unless I re-plumbed my home. They did the entire job in one day, which included three bathrooms , a laundry room, three additional sinks, hot water heater and three outside water connections. Their price was very fair, the crew was friendly and the guys that did the follow up wall closing did a quality job. The professional job of the entire crew was amazing ! A month later I thought they had cut one of my A/C ducts in the attic during installation because my bill was so high. They came back the next day and checked all the attic for me and assured me their were no broken ducts. It turned out my A/C switch was broken. I would definitely recommend Shamrock plumbing for a job well done and their customer service follow up.

These folks are real pro's! Used them for whole house repiping and they gave us quick response to our inquiry, comprehensive and competitive estimate and accommodated our needs around scheduling. Handled everything for us with permit and drywall repairs. On site crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. Friendly and considerate. Highly recommend!!

My fiance and I bought a new home in February that had been repiped by Shamrock plumbing in December of 2020. We ran the dishwasher the first night we moved into the home in February which unfortunately leaked. We purchased a new dishwasher and called Shamrock Plumbing to install the dishwasher as we were pleased with the repiping of the home. RW came out to install the dishwasher, he was prompt, professional, and kept his mask on during the time he was in the home. After pulling out the dishwasher he discovered heavy water damage from not only the dishwasher leak, but a leak from the previous owner that was hidden from us during the sale. Upon further investigation RW said in good conscience he would not install the dishwasher due to the mold intrusion. I agreed and he suggested to call Damage Control 911 for the mold and water mitigation. Obviously this is not what we wanted to hear but the levels of mold were unsafe and RW had our best interest at heart. Jeff with Damage Control 911 came out and took care of the issue, (I will post another review for them, but they did an incredible job). Instead of charging us the full amount for the install RW only charged half then came back after the drywall and studs were removed and I had framed in a cavity for the dishwasher. RW did a great job leveling the dishwasher and in the process explained to me a lot of different things to watch out for with the plumbing to prevent any leaks happening again in our home. For first time home owners this information will I am sure prove to be invaluable and we greatly appreciate the candidness from RW and professionalism. We will be using Shamrock Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.

had a water softener install on my house. They came out, advised me on what was needed prior to the installation and then explained all the details about the system to me. DO NOT get work done by this company! I had my house re-plumbed by them and immediately afterwards, I had a leak in my guest bathroom that ended up causing extensive damage to the floors in my master bedroom. When their plumber came out to inspect their workmanship, he confirmed that the issue was caused as a result of the re-pipe. When the owner came out, he told me that it wasn't their fault and blamed shoddy workmanship from the home builders for a pipe being disconnected. Which is funny, because I had no plumbing issues in my bathroom prior to them coming out and working on my house. Now I'm stuck with a shower I can't use and warped wood floors all through my master bedroom. Save yourself the headache and find a better company to do any major repairs on your home.

Shamrock repiped my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in one day and repaired the drywall in another. Both jobs exceeded my expectations. I had a minor issue with the dishwasher line which Shamrock addressed on the same day I brought it to their attention. I would not hesitate to recommend Shamrock for any plumbing work.

We had a issue with dirty water from our kitchen sink going into our dishwasher. We didn't realize until the water started leaking out of the dishwasher onto our floor :( . Shamrock was able to send someone within 2 hours of my call. The technician Jason came and was very friendly, took his time, and was very thorough in figuring out the problem, fixing it, and testing it. Would definitely use them again.
