I bring 35 years of experience in home improvement services, including electrical, plumbing, and fine carpentry, primarily in older homes and apartments. I know the challenges found in vintage structures: ELECTRICAL: knob and tube wiring, insufficient grounded circuits, and excessive circuits. PLUMBING ISSUES: ancient supply pipes and century-old faucets are easily managed. CARPENTRY: crooked door frames, entry door security hardware, defective door knobs and locks, windows that don’t function, etc.
