I bring 35 years of experience in home improvement services, covering electrical, plumbing, and fine carpentry, primarily in older homes and apartments. I’m familiar with the challenges found in historic structures: ELECTRICAL: knob and tube wiring, missing grounded circuits, and excessive circuits. PLUMBING: ancient supply pipes and century-old faucets pose no challenge. CARPENTRY CONCERNS: crooked door frames, entry door security hardware, defective door knobs and locks, windows that are stuck, etc.
