I bring 35 years of experience in home improvement services, covering electrical, plumbing, and fine carpentry, mostly in older homes and apartments. I know the problems found in historic structures: ELECTRICAL CONCERNS: knob and tube wiring, missing grounded circuits, and overburdened circuits. PLUMBING CONCERNS: ancient supply pipes and century-old faucets are no problem. CARPENTRY CONCERNS: crooked door frames, entry door security hardware, faulty door knobs and locks, windows that are stuck, etc.
