I have 35 years of experience in home improvement services, including electrical, plumbing, and fine carpentry, mostly in older homes and apartments. I understand the issues found in older structures: ELECTRICAL ISSUES: knob and tube wiring, insufficient grounded circuits, and overburdened circuits. PLUMBING ISSUES: ancient supply pipes and century-old faucets are easily managed. CARPENTRY ISSUES: crooked door frames, entry door security hardware, faulty door knobs and locks, windows that are stuck, etc.
