I bring 35 years of experience in home improvement services, covering electrical, plumbing, and fine carpentry, especially in older homes and apartments. I’m familiar with the issues found in vintage structures: ELECTRICAL: knob and tube wiring, missing grounded circuits, and overloaded circuits. PLUMBING ISSUES: ancient supply pipes and century-old faucets pose no challenge. CARPENTRY CONCERNS: crooked door frames, entry door security hardware, malfunctioning door knobs and locks, windows that don’t function, etc.
