Had Dave camera a line back in October and he agreed to send the video through the mail. Long story short, I didn't hear back for weeks until I called him.
He confirmed mailing it on 3 different occasions in November and December but I didn't receive it. Then when I called him to ask what was the issue he confirmed he never mailed the video, but agreed to meet me on-site and re-camera the line for free.

When I met him on-site he was pretty gruff and unprofessional. I would be giving 1 or 2 stars, but he ended up doing the work for free to accommodate all the previous mix ups, which is good at least.

I will not ever use again, but I gather from all the other positive reviews that I am the black swan who just happened to have the bad experience, and that normally he might be nicer/more responsive to his other customers.

I have a rental house with constant dranage backup problems, 3 times within a year. I have various plumber look at it and the last one give me a quote of $10K to repipe. I have Dave of SewerTV give me another quote and is willing to try his method of relining.
He did a veru satified installation with minimium interruotion and acted very professionally with my tenant. I highly recomended his services and he also saved me momey.

Dave was more helpful than any plumber I've had look at my main line! I've got a cracked sewer line and his quote came in better than the competitors and I have more confidence in him than the other guys, too! I finally don't have to worry about back ups in my house any more. Going with this company was an easy decision!

I wouldn't use anyone else!

I had a major issue with a main sewer line that runs under a large 95,000 square foot 4 story office building. We were experiencing multiple backups that were out of control and you cant even imaging the damage and potential liability I was faced with. I consulted multiple vendors that wanted to do everything from digging up the sewer pipe under the building estimated at over $150,000 to relining the pipe at $80,000. (by the way Dave's bid for the same repairs were 25 to 30% of the other vendors) None of these bids took into consideration shutting down the building and lost revenue for my tenants and ultimately me as the landlord. I called Dave at Sewer TV who ran down to San Diego without complaining about the drive even once. He scoped the line and recommended we clean and resize the line before moving to relining or replacement. He came down and worked on this from 9 pm to after midnight for 4 days to get this done in order to keep the building operating during business hours. With all he did my total cost was under $5,000.and I have had no further issues !!!!!

Dave won me over for life! I wouldn't use anyone else. I now call Dave for all of our drain work and consult with him to inspect every purchase my company makes. Honest no BS guy!

After 5 estimates and meeting with 5 different companies Dave was the ONLY honest one i felt comfortable with in our home. Every other place was either unprofessional or i felt like they were trying to scam us into more work than needed to be done. Dave was so honest he actually gave me options that saved me over $4K for huge repair (Lateral Pipe Repair).

If you are looking for an honest quote or diagnoses with a repair for your home i highly recommend having Dave make a visit!!
