With the heavy rains, I discovered my exterior drains were completely clogged and were in need of a thorough cleaning. Their hydro jet performs in a way that a snake cannot. While it's not cheap, you get what you pay for and these guys were excellent.

Anthony was clearly experienced and thorough. If they get stuck, they're big enough to have multiple trucks and a second hydro jet can come to the rescue. I highly recommend you use Sewer Spy if you're having exterior drainage issues. I will definitely be a return customer thanks to today's experience.

The crew at Sewer Spy were great. Anthony and the guys found the real problem with our plumbing after extensive work and investigating and solved it. They saved us a lot of money and saved us from having to go through the floors in our house to fix the pipes. They were also professional and courteous. We had a sewer drain backup at our commercial property. As the property manager, I scheduled a plumber to come out to clear it but one of our tenants said he could get a plumber out quicker so I agreed. However, he ended up coming really late and didn't even clear the clog (we had to get another plumber out the next day who cleared the backup in less than an hour through a cleanout). Not only did Anthony with Sewer Spy not clear the drain but he caused more damage with removing a toilet in one of our units and pumping water into it causing a flood and completely soaking the carpet (this was the very first thing he tried before looking for actual cleanouts. The plumber who cleared the drain the next day mentioned that a professional plumber would not have used the toilet especially with all the carpet surrounding it and would look for cleanouts). As our unit was flooding, Anthony told me to contact his buddy at a water restoration company, gave me his number and told me our insurance can cover it. Under pressure, I called them, they came out and invoiced us a ridiculous amount. Then Sewer Spy sent us an invoice for $2625 which is even more ridiculous for a couple hours of work for ONE plumber using his own equipment. Setting aside my feelings of being scammed by both the plumbing and water restoration company, I was still willing to pay a trip charge but they were firm on their full invoice amount. I did not authorize this amount and was never given an amount the service would cost or even an hourly rate. Most importantly, they did not fix the problem and actually caused more problems and damages beyond their invoice amount.

Kitchen Sink backed up and needed service immediately. Called Anthony and he had his team at my house within hours. Professional team that utilized a hydro Jet to clean out the kitchen drain. I would highly recommend Anthony and his team at Sewer Spy.

We had roots through a gap in our sewer line that needed to be fixed and Ralph and his crew came out on time and got right to work. I was very nervous about the whole thing but he made sure to be upfront about everything as they went along, taking pictures and showing me as we went. They fixed it, cleaned up and we were only without water for maybe a couple hours. I'd definitely recommend them!

We had a MAJOR problem and they were able to come out, fix the issue ASAP for a reasonable price while we were out of town, and then give us a quote for the larger repair work that needed to be done. Having taken over management of a few buildings in East Los Angeles recently, I found myself in a difficult situation when a main sewer line was backed up and running into the street . Roto Rooter sent out two different technicians who were ultimately incompetent and overpriced. Anthony from Sewer Spy was one of the few people willing to drive out to East LA on a Saturday evening, for which I will forever be grateful. He did such a thorough job with hydro jetting the main line, unclogging YEARS', possibly decades, worth of grime and grease, as well as cleaning the mess up after.
Anthony had to put up with nosy neighbors, crowded streets, and general chaos, but he did it with professionalism and efficiency. The price was a fraction of what I was quoted from other companies, and I felt and feel that I can trust him and be assured that I will get quality service at reasonable
prices.
