What a great service they provided by installation of another clean out in front so it's now easy to flush out the main sewer line. Recommend this company.

There are many good things to say about Sewer Spy, so I'll start from the top. Due to a clogged drain line leading away from our two bathrooms, I had to call their office on the day before a major holiday. Spoke with Liz at the office who was very polite and accommodating. Just as she indicated, Anthony called back within 30 minutes to schedule the work. Within the time frame we agreed on for same day service, he and his team were promptly at our house ready to start the job.

The Sewer Spy crew worked together like a well-oiled machine, with each person knowing exactly where to go and what to do. In very short order, our back-to-back toilets and tubs were once again flushing and draining perfectly. (Since we've had another company do the hydro-jet process in the past, I had something to compare with and Sewer Spy is far superior.)

I was referred to Sewer Spy by our plumber, and will gladly refer them to anyone else in need of clearing a major drain stoppage.

Anthony and his team helped us apply for and clear our city-required S-Permit, and worked with Department of Public Works to pass inspection. We're very grateful to him for his quick and professional work - his team was prompt and cleaned up for themselves very nicely, they went down to the city to apply for our permit, and worked with the inspector to get us over the finish line.

They dug on our property and sidewalk, but were in an out as quickly as possible, repaired a broken pipe, and left the property in as good a condition as when they found it.

For any sewer work in the future, we would definitely work with Anthony and his team again.

I had a clogged in my main line and needed a double clean out, hydro flushing and video tape of the pipes to see their condition. Anthony had his crew over at my house within days, digging and flushing and they did an incredible job. All of the employees were very helpful and included me when they put the camera down the lines. They explained what we saw. They even left me a flash drive to look at later once they completed the hydro flush. I would highly recommend Sewer Spy and appreciated their honesty and integrity.

I am happy to see that several people were happy with their work. Unfortunately, I was very unhappy. The appointment was not confirmed. I was given no bid prior to discussing the job. After arriving 90 minutes late the workmen informed me they could not complete the job due to a break in the drain line. Understandable. But, then I was handed a bill for $750.00. We settled at $375.00. What a rip off. Honestly, I blame myself. Never allow someone to start a job without written estimate. On a positive note, the workmen were professional and courteous

First, I am getting no discount or incentives to write this review...
I am just a very satisfied customer giving my honest opinion on great service.
I had a broken sewer line in the street. BIG JOB. Called a bunch of cos on Saturday and MARCO called me to let me know he was 15 mins from my location even though we had scheduled appt for next day. He explained everything, gave us a good quote (compared to the terrifying estimate our plumber said) and had his guy start digging work Monday morning at 8am -on the dot... in the rain. I am so used to every excuse under the sun when it comes to lateness, especially in bad weather, so to see him there exactly when he said he'd be there, despite the rain was very reassuring we had made the right choice!
After everything was completed Marco showed me all the fixes with the camera and it looked a million times better.
This was serious hard and dirty work.Marco and Sewer Spy did a fantastic job.

Ralph Barrera was great to work with. After discovering I had a broken saddle and having received a estimate to install a liner and top-hat for $15,000 - $17,000; I called Sewer Spy for a second estimate. Ralph's bid came in at more than half of the other bid (including permits and inspections), which is what the work ended up costing at the end. Ralph was prompt and his communication was excellent. The moral of my experience is always get at least 2 estimates for a big plumbing job, and if you want to get treated fairly and honestly always make one of those estimates from Ralph Barrera with Sewer Spy!
