Do yourself a big favor...call Harry. I interviewed six plumbing companies regarding four plumbing matters, thankfully Harry, Sewer Man, was one of those companies.

Meeting with Harry was easy, and the meeting provided me with relief. He provided a complimentary service that helped access the situation. (Other companies wanted to charge a substantial fee.)

I so appreciated his service orientation. He respected my time, was direct and his professional presentation was thorough. He accessed the situation, answered my questions, and when asked, provided sound advice that assisted me in prioritizing the work. And he provided guidance about how to monitor and handle other plumbing matters that might become an issue in the future.

The new sewer and water lines passed inspection. Harry's 20-year warranty on his work is reassuring. He did extra work, more work, at no additional cost. His pricing was very competitive and came in, just as we discussed, and as I expected.

He is a good listener, polite, easy going, and calm. Harry is professional and knowledgeable (20+ years' experience), and he cares!

This company should be called the
""We Flake on You Plumbers"" or ""We Don't Show Up Plumbers"". I called them on Monday for a slow drain I had in our bathtub. They said they'd come out on Tuesday. Guy calls on Tuesday and says he was backed up at another job and could come out the next day Wednesday. Fine, no biggy. Well Wednesday I call to confirm a time and they say between 4-5p. That time comes and goes. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. Completely unreliable. Thank goodness I had a backup plumber scheduled for Thursday. Rockstar plumbing is THE BEST!!

THIS IS THE GUY! On Christmas Eve morning, I woke up at 8 o'clock in the morning with 2 toilets backing up. I called 10 plumbers, they were either booked or not working. Harry picked up and was at my house within an hour and a half. He was professional, nice, respectful, took his shoes off when he came in the house, all the things you would want in a plumber. His rate was excellent. He snaked my clean out over 100 feet to the street and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He also fixed a problem we were having with a sink. The guy worked his ass off. I would highly recommend this plumber.

We used Sewerman for sewer inspection for a house purchase. The house was (is) in escrow. We emphasized the urgency of the report and asked if he is going to use the camera for his report.He said yes and yes.
Usually such reports sent in 24hrs.with the video of the sewer line and the conclusion of the inspector.This is the right way and the only way to have the view inside the sewer line, otherwise how would we know he actually has the equipment and the information we need?
5 days calling/texting to retrieve the report (visit on 11/2; report on 11/8). I got an invoice and short confirmation: the overall sewer is good. Please pay the invoice.
I asked, where is the link to the camera video? Harry attacked, 'you didn't ask' and immediately got defensive and raised his voice:'clearly insisting about the video i am being the most difficult client he EVER had and I have no idea what am I talking about!:)

He did a very professional job for a very good price. He did everything to code and gave me great advice on my water heaters. I was truly impressed. He installed a seismic earthquake shut off valve on our main gas line and really did a beautiful job. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with drainage in one of our bathrooms I already knew the problem and got estimates around. Harry came in with reasonable price and knew what I wanted done. He was friendly and professional. Him and his crew came in and knocked out the job pretty quick and I checked their work afterwards. They did excellent job replacing the pipe under our house and made a clean out easier and accessible for us for future snaking or cleaning. I highly recommend them for your plumbing issue or projects. Other competitors came double or were too busy to come. Also Harry gave double number of years on warranty than the other competitor did. Also, his reviews speaks for itself. I will call him again if we have future issues.
