The job went very smoothly. Harry unclogged our drain clean out, and showed me what the drain looked like after. I'm glad that he also gave me an estimate for snaking the drain because it cost less than other options. Maybe next time I'll need something more, but by that time I would be expecting it and ready to spend more.

Our sewer line backed up on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted Harry after reading the reviews on Yelp and he got back to me promptly. He came out at 8pm and cleared what he could, but the line was blocked by tree roots out under the street so he could only do so much. He showed me the problem on his camera and explained what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate right then and I asked him to go ahead, although he was booked solid for the next two days. He brought his crew on time and they fixed everything. They had to do a LOT of digging to get down to the level they needed to run a sleeve through the line. They cleaned up everyting after they were done and the price was exactly what he had quoted me. I will be using Harry for all my plumbing needs from now on. Excellent work.
