Excellent service! The first thing I noticed was how responsive Harry is! Answers all calls and text pretty quickly. Provided very informative answers to my questions. He replaced a water heater that was in a very small closet. The space is unusual and a bit hard to get to, but he made it work.
Harry had a schedule of other appointments but fit me in the same day!
Reasonable pricing honest work I will definitely use Harry again !!

My trustworthy plumber of 17 years moved up north, but during my last maintenance service told me I had six to twelve months to repair a cracked sewer pipe. After receiving a grossly inflated quote to install a sleeve in my cracked sewer pipe which included an additional $2900 for a replacement piece that was not even necessary from another company, I turned to Yelp to find a plumber. Harry was professional and courteous and came out the same day for an estimate. His estimate was significantly less than the other company and included a 25-year warranty. It was evident he wasn't trying to upsell unnecessary services, so I felt confident in choosing Sewer Man for the job on the spot. Harry advised me that he could do the job the next day. Harry and his crew showed up promptly and worked efficiently. They also made sure the area was cleaned after the job. Harry is honest and reliable. His prices are fair and reasonable because he does not subcontract. I will definitely use Sewer Man for all my plumbing needs.

Sewer Man (Harry-owner) is my new go to plumber. Our water heater went out Easter weekend. I contacted him late Friday evening and he was out to take a look the next morning. We knew that the water heater was on its last legs, and I called as I was not able to relight the pilot. He took a look and explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. We have had plumbers out before to get estimates on replacement, none had mentioned what was causing the issue. As our water heater was already very old, we decided to replace it with a tankless (as we had been planning on). As he had not been able to relight the pilot in the heater's current condition, Harry didn't even charge us for the house call on the holiday weekend (this was before we had asked him to install the new H2O heater, how amazing is that). He sent us an estimate on the replacement which was right in line with other estimates we had received except his included a larger capacity tankless heater.

He was out to install the heater and completed in a very efficient, professional and timely matter. Even devising a way to get the old tank off of the roof. (No, I don't know why our water heater was installed on the roof). He also took care of all of the excessive piping that was in the cabinet from a years ago solar water heating.

Everything is finished and my family is enjoying endless hot water. Thanks, Sewer Man.

Harry is now my plumber for all situations, he does it all.

Friendly and professional, but also took the time to explain the issue. The repairs were done and there was no trace that he had even been there. Great service, great price.
