Reached out to John last night because I had a concerning water leak in my house. With a quick response he had told me that he was booked up until the following Monday (4 days away), but made sure to ask me how severe of a leak I was experiencing. Not being extremely knowledgeable, I just described it to him and he made it a point to squeeze me in to his already busy schedule the next day so that no further damage would occur to my home.
After showing up, ON TIME, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and have it repaired the same day. Very honest about cost and gave me a couple of options. With today's harsh economy I opted for the cheaper route and he was more than happy to perform the work & not make me feel guilty for him not landing a higher paying repair.

I had the pleasure of working directly with John at Sewer Inspection Pros, and was very grateful I did. After moving into our new home in Santa Clarita, our 16 year old water heater decided to not work anymore. As I'd been interested in the long term savings of a tankless water heater, I had John come out and take a look at my setup. Not only was John prompt and knowledgable, he took the time explain my different options, as well as give specific recommendations based our water usage, number of people in the house, etc. Within a couple days, he was back over for a hassle free install, and now our house has endless hot water.. on demand. Overall, he took something that I was worried about and made it a worry free experience, and we're very happy with the result. John is exceptional! Pleasure dealing with him. Great price! Great communication. I had an extremely bad drain issue, a complete snap! Which needed a lot of cleaning and drying. He recommended 770 Water Damage and Restoration and they teamed up and had my house back up and running in 24hrs! I was happy he was a local licensed plumber. He came out an hour after I called him at 5pm. He had 770 WD&R out the next morning and the plumbing issue and sewage was resolved. Fast and efficient l! John was professional and took care to let me know exactly what he was doing. He told me the cost after he diagnosed the problem. When he came he was masked and put booties on to protect the floor. I highly recommend him for any drain issues you have.
