Emergency plumbing services available 24/7 As a fourth-generation resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, this city holds deep meaning in my heart, and I feel honored to serve our community. During my youth, I spent many hours at my grandparents' hardware store in Castaic, and later graduate from Saugus High School.
My first experience in the plumbing trade through my work a pool service and remodel company. I handled a service route while learning the essentials of chemical treatment, pool maintenance, and repairs. Eventually, I began working with one of the most respected plumbing companies in SCV. Over the years, I advanced from an apprentice to a plumber/foreman, amassing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and relationships. I received constant encouragement to further my self-growth through training, support, and countless hours of study. I obtained my Plumbing C-36 Contractors license and took over Sewer Inspection Pros Inc.
It is a privilege to raise my family in the same city that holds my heart.

I had John come out and fix our clogged kitchen sink. He was quick clean and very informative. While he was getting that squared away, I mentioned our guest shower was draining slow he offered to take a look at that as well. He quickly fix that no problem. While he was fixing the sink and shower, he noticed that our water pressure was off so he offered to take care of that. ALL IN ONE VISIT. It was so nice to have an honest person just want to help out and get it done right.
He definitely will be our go too person!

Unfortunately, Charlie scammed me. He came over to do a sewer inspection. I paid him $250 and he promised me the sewer report in a few days. Months later, I haven't received the report. When I reached out, he immediately responded, apologized, and said he'd get me the report that night. I never heard from him again.

We needed a quick, last minute home sewer inspection and the team at Sewer Inspection Pros really came through for us. Michelle responded immediately and was able to meet our tight scheduling demands, even when the initial time we asked for had to change. When we needed a follow-up inspection, that too was easy to set up and occurred right on time. Our inspector Charlie was professional, efficient and really took the time to explain his work and the results to us. The team clearly cares about doing their best and keeping their customers happy.

Charlie recently conducted a sewer inspection on a prospective home for us in Santa Clarita and because of his thorough review, keen awareness and honest recommendations, it allowed us to fully understand necessary repairs as Buyers. His enthusiasm, professionalism and eagerness to educate were welcome attributes! Charlie was referred by Mazza Inspection, another first-class group, who worked in tandem to deliver our reports efficiently, concisely and through social media. Posting a narrative You Tube video of our inspection was a huge plus -- truly 21st century business! Charlie immediately followed up with texts, emails and invited me on Linked-In. As a marketing professional, I can't rave enough about his due-diligence and wonderful personality. If you want the best of the best in plumbing and sewer inspections, Charlie is the one!

Charlie Brunsmann was recommended to me by a realtor to do a full sewer inspection on a home I was responsible for selling [I was the Successor Trustee for the Estate of a dear friend].
The realtor said ""you're going to love Charlie..."" and he was right!
Charlie was as professional as they come, a pleasure to work with, a genuinely nice guy, and did an absolutely first-class job.
I was particularly impressed with the depth of his knowledge, his punctuality and thoroughness, and his follow-through.
Charlie had a video of the inspection posted online in just a couple of days, and provided me with a concise, complete, written report, in language that a layman could understand.
I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I can recommend him without reservation.
He is indeed a Sewer Inspection Pro.

We were put into contact with Charles of sewer inspection pros from our home inspector Marc of Mazza inspection. Marc saw that there were large trees in and around the area where he thought the sewer line might be and wouldn't you know, he was correct.
Charles located all the blockages within the sewer with a camera scope.
He has a really cool state of the art piece of equipment called a hydro jetter which cleared the roots with ease. If you call sewer inspection pros be sure to ask for Charles. He's fantastic.

My first attempt at purchasing a house was in north hills and it wasn't until after all the inspections were performed namely the sewer inspection that I changed my mind. If not for the awesomeness of the sewer pros technician I may have actually gone through the transaction because the house inspection really wasn't all that bad especially when compared to the sewer system piping which was so full of roots it couldn't even be fully inspected.
My second attempt at buying s house was in Santa Clarita. I decided to go with a newer 1979 house because new house = newer systems... Wrong. The home inspection was performed by the Mazza Inspection Group who were great because the inspector noticed that there was a newer clean out cap at the front of the house and a huuuge sunken area in the front yard so he suggested that I have the sewer inspected. It was by coincidence that they also use and refer the sewer pros for their inspections so I was happy to see this because it reinforced to me what a great bunch of guys they are. Anyhow. The inspection was performed and it ended up being nothing, however, the pipe had been replaced with newer plastic pipe which the sewer technician gave two thumbs up. I highly recommend the sewer inspection pro team. Nice people from the first call to the final report.

I hired Sewer Inspection Pros for my sewer inspection at the recommendation of my real estate agent for my new prospective home. From the time I scheduled the appointment until receiving my report, everything was spot on. Michelle is a pleasure to deal with, friendly and efficient, and quite bright offering insight as to what could be the problem in our case (they were the 4th inspection company we hired to find a specific problem). Charlie was our inspector, he was prompt, thorough and extremely knowledgeable as well. He offered his options and insight and was very pleasant. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly!!!

This was not the first time that I have purchased a home but it has been many years so I was unaware that I should have the sewer line inspected with a video camera because that is the only way that we could truly know the condition of the pipes. The home is older and there were no available records about the sewer line so we decided to go ahead and have the scope done.
The line was blocked by some debris and roots and the home had been vacant for some time so disclosure from the sellers was not something that we were not able to rely on. Once we had the line cleared out, the sewer inspector came out and did a second scope to verify the condition. There were some broken and disconnected areas that would need to be replaced. We were given estimates of over $4000 to repair and the seller agreed to credit us a substantial portion of the repair. This is something that we would have been left to repair ourselves after we moved in had we not had this inspection. We are so thankful for the good advice we were given and the great service provided by Sewer Inspection Pros.

My clients chose Sewer Inspection Pros to take a video of the sewer line from the house to the street because the house is 15 years old and they wanted to be sure that they were not purchasing any existing latent problems. The inspector showed up early in a professionally marked vehicle and wearing a uniform. My first impression of this company was good and it got even better. He found an acceptable area to put in the camera and we watched on a large computer screen as he explained what we were looking at. Surprisingly enough, even though it was a newer home, he found that there was standing water due to incorrect slope from the builder and roots were starting to penetrate the plastic piping. These are issues that most people do not even realize can exist. They were able to reach an agreement with the sellers of the home to correct the issues prior to finalizing the purchase. I will definitely be advising all of my clients purchasing a home to get this service so that they can find any problems or have peace of mind by knowing that they are purchasing a home with a clean sewer line.
