Called Sewer and Drain based on my warranty company sending out an inept provider. They showed up in less than 2 hours even though it wasn't an emergency. Kane came in and listen to our issue and started to do an analysis. He had the tools (camera) and determined the issue and was fantastic as well as fair in pricing. I would highly recommend. We are not working with our warranty company to use them to address our issue.

Dillion responded to our call for help and was onsite quickly - 9 AM Sunday morning. Our symptom, a backed-up toilet, was the initial clue of more extensive challenges. After a thorough analysis of our drainage, he discovered that both toilets, sinks, and clothes washers were not draining properly. Dillion and crew uncovered the issue... tree roots had created a ""bend"" in the front yard sewer pipe. The crew cleared the clogged pipe in an hour so we could shower and use the toilets. Over the next several days permits were obtained, new sewer pipe (enhance design & construction) installed and fresh sod applied to the lawn. Concurrently, new toilets with enhance flow were installed.

I had all my bathrooms backing up on a Saturday so I started calling plumbers who either didn't answer or said they could be here on Monday. I finally got Dillon and he said he could be here an hour. It turned out to not be an easy fix needing a replacement of all my pipes under the house. He gave me an estimate that was less expensive than 2 other companies. Ruben completed the work in 2 days. I was happy to be back in my house. They were professional and would recommend them.

We had a puddle forming just on our side of the city water meter, uh oh! Put in a Yelp request and Dillon was prompt with a response and sent Ruben within the hour. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day! Ruben kept us informed as he worked. The work looks fantastic and more importantly we have our water pressure back and no leak.
