Had a backup issue with our new construction home, but our warrant log company didn't have someone available on a Sunday. Sewer & Drain Champion was able to send Kane out within a few hours, and Kane had the clog identified and cleared within about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Made an appointment to fix a slow drain that occasionally backed up. Quote to snake was $70. Sounded like a great deal.

Service person arrives. We chat and then was told I'd be better off hydro jetting line. Quoted an unbelievably high price. The amount was actually insane for the proposed service. Red flag #1. Was shocked and said no thank you. Service person said, ""what if I can talk to my boss and knock a couple hundred off?"" Sorry. Red flag number two.

We will pay a fair price for services rendered. But, if a company comes in outrageously high and then says they can knock off hundreds of dollars for a small job. Huh? That's not a company I want to work with. Sorry.

Initially, I decided to leave out the estimated cost to hydro-jet - $987. That figure is not a ""fair"" price in my book. We did not consider paying it, even for a few hundred dollars less. Anyone else can make their own decision.

Yes. An estimate was provided. However, I was not given any information I did not already know. I described the issue in detail as it was a non-emergency problem that we had been dealing with. We installed new countertop and sink. In the process we were able to see that problem was just past the kitchen sink. We knew a lot about the problem already.

Had a blocked kitchen drain we couldn't unclog on a Friday night. Called and set up an appointment the next day. Dale came out, assessed the situation and had it fixed in no time. He answered all my concerns and questions without hesitation. Very good customer experience! Will call upon them again when needed!

Our rental property garbage disposal died at about 7pm on a Wednesday night. We quickly scan Yelp for a trustworthy and reliable service to help us install a new one. We submitted our request at approximately 730pm and in less than 10 minutes a nice lady called (Breanna?). She got our information and said Dana would be there the next day. Dana called 30 minutes prior to arrival like she said he would. He took great care when arriving as our tenants runs a business out of the home. He even had a GD with him in case we didn't. Our tenants had one ready. He was in and out in about an hour. You wouldn't even know he was there! We highly recommend Dana! And Sewer & Drain Champion!

I communicated with Dillon on a Sunday about a clogged bathroom and he was out bright and early Monday morning to take a look. What I thought was a simple clogged toilet turned into sooo much more. Throughout the entire chaotic and overwhelming (that's how I was feeling - not how it was actually being handled) process of learning that the all the sewer and plumbing lines needed to be replaced, I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or forced into work that wasn't needed. Dillon and Eric not only explained everything along the way, they did it in a way that I understood. Dillon even went as far as to give me scenarios and options along the way to ensure I was as informed as I could be and was able to ultimately make the decision that was best for me. I appreciate everything Dillon, Eric and the rest of the team did over the four weeks. While I'll certainly call Dillon and Eric again in the future, I hope it isn't anytime soon!! Haha. Thanks again guys!

We called Sewer & Drain Champion on a Thursday at 9:00pm after showers wouldn't drain and no toilets would flush. Dillon was to our house within half an hour, was pleasant, helpful and quickly determined what was wrong. In what is an increasingly rare occurrence these days, we were not made to feel in any way that we had to be fearful of being taken advantage of. Not only did Dillon do work with the snake and camera to figure out that the problem was in the city's lines, he suggested who to call and hung around to make sure we had the correct information and terminology to answer the questions of the city emergency line employee in order to get them out to us right away. Whenever we run into problems in the future Sewer & Drain will absolutely be our first call, and will be the recommendation we give to friends.

Called Sewer and Drain based on my warranty company sending out an inept provider. They showed up in less than 2 hours even though it wasn't an emergency. Kane came in and listen to our issue and started to do an analysis. He had the tools (camera) and determined the issue and was fantastic as well as fair in pricing. I would highly recommend. We are not working with our warranty company to use them to address our issue.
