As our street is due to be repaved this summer, it was recommended that everyone get their sewer laterals inspected, and replaced, if needed. A group of neighbors got together, got recommendations, and called a few companies for estimates. Sewer Connection, Inc, had a similar price to other companies. However, their workers were much more helpful. The ladies who answer the phone were the most helpful; not only do they help you on the phone, they fill out the necessary paperwork for the sewer district and let you know every step of the way what is happening. The guys who came out to do the four laterals in my neighborhood were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sewer Connection, Inc, if you need sewer lateral services.

Mike and the Z Crew installed a code compliant two-direction clean out with backflow preventer in our home in El Cerrito and then scheduled a successful private sewer lateral inspection with EBMUD. Mike and crew were prompt, communicative, and did nice work. They avoided water and gas lines near the sewer lateral and, upon passing the PSL inspection, backfilled, compacted and repoured cement with rebar to match the existing cement. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Thanks.

I just bought a house and my realtor just recommended sewer connection to do my sewer lateral , I was very happy with this company.

Manny and his crew replaced a sewer pipe across the street from us. Because our street is kind of narrow, some truck knocked over our mail box (don't know if it was their truck or someone else). Without batting an eyelash, they said they would reinstall our mail box, and they made it better than before. They dug a deeper hole, installed a longer post and surrounded it with concrete. They made sure it was absolutely level and plumb and correctly lined up with the curb.

A lot of contractors would have said 'it's not my fault!' or made some other excuse, but not Manny and his crew. They got it fixed right away. In addition, their crew was very friendly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. If we ever need a sewer pipe replacement or concrete work, we will certainly choose them to do the work.

Technician was great, followed up with me on inspection after it was complete. No complaints there. When I called to get the report the lady took my information said she would send right away, 30 mins I called back and she basically bit my head off when I was checking on the status. Not great customer service. Not sure I will be using them again

Mike and the Z Crew recently completed a sewer lateral replacement at our home in Marin. It was a little challenging to the work scheduled through the main office, but once the Z Crew was engaged, it was a great experience. Mike and crew were very careful, communicative, and considerate despite having to work in over 90 degree temps. Special props to Mike for his concrete work in our driveway, he did a masterful job matching the old pebble finish.
