I got multiple bids and Sewer Connection was one of the lowest AND they had the best on-site customer experience. I ended up having my entire sewer lateral replaced and Mike the foreman of the Z-crew was great. He was very communicative including spending extra time with me showing the live video feed of my lateral during the testing phase so he could give his diagnosis, discuss with me my options, and ultimately provide a clear recommendation which made sense. He also facilitated working with the City to get all permits and the certificate of compliance after the job was complete. I'm very happy with the overall work this team did.

I really enjoyed working with Manny and his team from Sewer Connection on fixing my main sewer line. Communications with Manny were easy and stress free, which is so important given an ordinarily stressful situation. I have an historic home, and had been worried about roots growing through the old main line. 5 stars. Mike and the Z Crew replaced the sewer lateral at my house in 2 days and that includes city inspection. Didn't even know they were here. Knowledgeable and very helpful when I went out to ask questions and they even impressed my hard to please dad when he stopped by to check out the work. Highly recommended.

As our street is due to be repaved this summer, it was recommended that everyone get their sewer laterals inspected, and replaced, if needed. A group of neighbors got together, got recommendations, and called a few companies for estimates. Sewer Connection, Inc, had a similar price to other companies. However, their workers were much more helpful. The ladies who answer the phone were the most helpful; not only do they help you on the phone, they fill out the necessary paperwork for the sewer district and let you know every step of the way what is happening. The guys who came out to do the four laterals in my neighborhood were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sewer Connection, Inc, if you need sewer lateral services.
