Yelp says 5 stars is ""As good as it gets! In our case the company did better than that. The job started as a difficult job, and through no fault of Sewer Connection, it got quite a bit harder. It would have been impossible for the crew to have handled it better. They were the ultimate professionals. I have used a lot of specialty contractors over the years, and absolutely none have reacted better. When they started hitting unforeseen obstacles it became obvious the job would take extra time, but there was no whining or mention of pulling off an uncompleted job; the work was completed on the revised schedule.

Lisa, in the office, was great too. She was absolutely on top of the situation with the city and sewer district. Probably we would have made some missteps without her help.

Couldn't give a stronger review for Sewer Connection for our sewer lateral replacement in Larkspur. They were extremely responsive in providing an estimate, reasonably priced, and the work was top notch. Not only that, but we were coordinating the lateral replacement with the replacement of our entire driveway and I was worried we could run into timing issues. I flagged this for the team at the outset and we kept in touch to ensure everything was on schedule. The project went as smooth as possible (our driveway guy was even impressed with how fast and efficient they were).

This has been a terrible experience with Sewer Connection. I have been waiting six months for service and have paid a deposit at the end of October 2016. The office staff is completely incompetent and still hasn't filed for permits to commence work on my home. I have to constantly chase Sewer Connection for updates which costs me time and money. This is a very poor service and I will report them to BBB. Stay away from these guys! They will take your money and run!

I've always used SC but never again. Met the guy at duet in Hercules who said everything was good with no work needed. Report arrives with a price of $2,500! They refused to honor what was told and refused to come back to property. Advanced Trenchless inspected and said everything was fine. SC is a ripoff!!!

Some problems have surfaced as a result of the sewer lateral replacement.

However, one sign of a good service company is their attention to follow-up.

I am an active real estate broker in Marin County and have in the past used Sewer Connection for sewer lateral reports. Something must be really amiss at the company lately because after trying for 3 weeks to get a report ordered and received seemed totally impossible. Three weeks ago the technician called from the road and their truck was in a ditch on route to the property to do the report. I never heard back from them whether or not they rebooked with a technician and sent someone to the property. Three phone calls later and talking with Dean twice still no report or even a confirmation that a report had been done. Worst professional experience I have had in 30 years of successfully owning, managing and selling real estate in Marin County. We professionals don't have time for unprofessional behavior like that. If you run in to the problem with this company like I did just call Trenchless Titans-they called me back within two hours of contacting me by email and set the appointment for next week.
