I called Action Appliance to ask for a referral for a good plumber for a plumbing emergency we had after calling several other plumbers in our area that did not care enough to help us out for an emergency that happened close to closing time. I called Severson Plumbing due to their recommendation, and they came out right away to fix a pin hole leak. They were very nice, professional and knew exactly what to do to prevent needless wall and tile damage in our kitchen. Their work was impeccable and we told them we wanted them to come back to replace all of our 30 year old sink faucets throughout our house sometime soon. They quoted us a price that was a little on the high side so we thought we might try another plumber that our neighbors highly recommended that was charging us only $165 per faucet vs $250. Long story short, while the other plumbers that our neighbors recommended installed 2 faucets without any problems or issues they broke a pipe while removing our bathtub sink drain and then were ""too busy"" because of the holidays to come back for days to fix it. In fact we were told we ""were lucky"" they came AT ALL during December because of the holidays. The leak broke through the wallboard in our garage and we had a real mess in our hands for days. After numerous frantic calls to have then finish the job and replace the rest of our sink fixtures before we had company coming we decided to call trusty Severson Plumbers. They knew we had a time crunch so they brought out two of their best plumbers to finish our faucets and shower fixtures and once again their work was flawless. Bruce was so kind about thoroughly explaining everything they did and his knowledge of plumbing was very impressive. Sure, their prices are a little higher than some plumbers, but they are on time, honest and always there when you need them and they really know what they are doing. If hire them, you can always trust the job will done right. We are so thankful our friends at Action Appliance referred them to us.

I live in Bennett Ranch and we had a mysterious leak in the ceiling next to our fireplace right above our TV. It only leaked when there was moisture in the air in the early mornings. Never leaked when it rained, nor when the plumbing was used. We called numerous plumbers out and contractors who had a variety of theories of how to approach the problem and they were all expensive and required cutting exploratory holes in the house everywhere. So after a year of studying the problem and servicing the roof and one inspection after another I happened to be walking my dog in Cherry park and saw a Severson Plumbing truck parked in the driveway of a house that was the exact same model as mine....Could this be a sign? so I called for an ""Estimate""....Dylan and Carmen showed up on time, listened to my story, inspected the pipes and said they do some basic investigation and report their findings...forgot to mention how professional they were with protective covers on their shoes....anyway they cut into the wall exactly where the problem was and discovered 2-couplings in a vertical vent pipe that were never glued....30 minutes later the problem was fixed and they meticulously cleaned up...the end of a year long saga at a very reasonable price....can't say enough good things about Severson and Dylan and Carmen especially. I had a plumbing leak that went into my neighbor's garage. Ken and Robert came out and fixed the leak. They were wonderful, professional and thorough. I am extremely happy with the job they did, and will definitely call Severson Plumbing and ask for Ken and Robert the next time I have a plumbing issue. I will also recommend them to any friends who are in need of a plumber.

I had a great experience with this company. I found them on the Nextdoor app from a post from Dylan's mom. Dylan is a leak detection specialist and is truly the nicest guy. His partner Carmen was just as pleasant. They made a great team and were here before the scheduled time (they were running ahead of scheduled and the office called to see if it would be ok for them to be early - unheard of in my previous experience with plumbers!). They found the leak, fixed it and were done within an hour. Efficient, affordable, and friendly. All around great experience.

I had a leak that needed quick repair and Severson Plumbing sent Ken B out who quickly, neatly and with quality installed a new washing machine valve and drain box. His work and demeanor were very good so I asked if he could address another plumbing project, which he did with the same thoroughness. This is the first time we have felt compelled to write a review for anyone. Several weeks ago we had out of town company staying with us when I felt a wet spot in my walk in closet. I thought Sushi, our dog had had an accident. Several hours later when I again entered the closet the spot was MUCH wetter ! When I looked up the ceiling was soaked and one of the light fixtures was dripping water. My first thought was , it's a weekend, we will have to pay double and probably not be able to get someone to come out right away. We called a neighbor and they highly recommended Severson Plumbing. Kurt was there in less then an hour, fixed the pin hole leak in half an hour, told us what the problem was, chemicals in our OC WATER. We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the bill was for his visit and repair. However we did freak out because 20 years ago, we replaced the entire house with copper pipes, at a considerable expense and here we were facing the same problem AGAIN !!! But we had to do it or take the risk of further leaks and much bigger problems.
No one looks forward to repiping, it's not fun, but this crew under Jeff were Professional, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable of what had to be done, always on time and made every effort to respect our home and it's contents.
In this day and age it is truly a pleasure to do business with people who care

We've been using Ken and Bruce from Severson Plumbing in our previous home and current home. They had helped us update our homes installing two toilets, new water heater, garbage disposal and repairing the shower. They are always on-time, courteous and reliable. The house is always cleaned up after the project is completed. We will continue to use Serverson Plumbing and highly recommend Ken and Bruce.
