We had a sudden pipe burst causing a slab leak in the closet under our stairs, which flooded the adjacent rooms too. We called Severson plumbing recommended by our neighbor,as our regular plumber hadn't responded to our voicemail even after 3 hours on a regular weekday morning. Severson Plumbing responded immediately and had a plumber Dylan at our house with 2 hours.
Dylan was great, he systematically checked everything and detected the leak stopped it and advised us about the next steps.
A couple of days later Dylan was back to reroute the pipe and did everything with minimal damage to the wall.
He came with a colleague whose name I unfortunately did not note down.
I would definitely recommend Severson Plumbing and Dylan, who not only does a great job but it really good at explaining the damage and the steps needed to rectify it.

This morning our tenant told us the water heater is leaking. I immediately called Severson and left a message. In less than 30 minutes Maria called, scheduled time with our tenant. They came 3 hours later and by 2:30 this afternoon the water heater was replaced and the house already has a hot water. Eddie and Jake were so friendly and awesome. Job well done!! I had no hot water and phoned my handyman and explained my issue. My water heater of 14 years is located in my attic and he was not able to do a service call on a Friday afternoon and referred me to Severson. I received a call back right away and Garrett was able to troubleshoot that afternoon.
He was responsive, knowledgeable, excellent customer service and offered 3 solutions. I went with a new water heater and luck was on my side the job got done the next day on Saturday, Garrett and Eddie did a wonderful job. They were timely, prepped my home due to water heater in the attic, did an excellent job , 5 star service. I will use Severson again and highly recommend them .
