We had a re-pipe done. We just purchased our place and learned of a work order in place to have the work done. The repipe went well. The drywall repair on the other hand was horrible. We now have a this eyesore to look at. I reached out to ask if this can be resolved and they blew me off. Would not recommend them.

Severson has taken care of our plumbing needs for five years. They are always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from the phone call to make the appointment, to the service call. Today Eddie de-scaled our tankless water heater and removed clogged hair in the shower. I notice how he listens to my concerns about the things to fix, works efficiently and effectively, offers advice to manage the ongoing shower problem, and makes sure the work he does is complete by double checking. He ran water in the kitchen to make sure we had hot water. And he tested the drain. Having a professional earn your trust like Eddie is a wonderful thing! I highly recommend him and Severson plumbing.

We were recommended Severson by a neighbor. We have had them work on several projects in our home. The first was to upgrade a faucet that provides water to our pool. Second was to rebuild two very old toilets and one angle stop. The third time was to replace three faucets and three angle stops.

Every time we were met with promptness, courtesy, professionalism and transparency.

We've worked with Eddie several times and he is pleasant. He will always quote us before moving forward with the service.

They are also very tidy and neat.

We LOST OUR HOME and most of our belongings because of these jokers! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Our landlord told us Severson would be coming to do some routine plumbing work on our house. After the job was finished, we were really disappointed to find that all of our furniture, dishes, and other belongings were covered in thick plaster dust that nobody bothered to clean-up. Then, about a few days after the job, a pipe leaked where they had done the work and caused major flooding through the entire floor. There was extensive damage to the property, our furniture, and our belongings. Even though the pipes that leaked were the ones they worked on, Severson took zero responsibility. (These pipes had no problems previously.) We were told that we would not be reimbursed for any of the damage. In fact, the landlord's insurance paid Severson EVEN MORE money to fix their own mess! We had to be relocated because of the damaged property, so we decided to move out entirely. We had no idea that after only two weeks from allowing Severson into our home, we would end up homeless with most of our belongings ruined. We never received an apology from anyone at the company. The whole thing reeks of nefarious business. I'm convinced it could be some sort of scam they run to get paid for the original job in addition to the fix-up job for the mishap they purposefully created (paid for by the insurance). Please learn from our mistake! DO NOT let them into your home. You may end up homeless like us!

The lady on the phone + Evan and Nick made the bad news of roots in the main pipe swallowable, and the communication put us at ease. Finally a plumbing company you can trust!! After almost being taken to the cleaners for drain cleaning at a crazy price of almost $9,000 (do not call Rooter Hero!!) I called Severson based on a referral. I couldn't be happier. Evan came out and assessed the situation. Came to the conclusion we just needed to clean the toilet out better and change our old fixtures and voila! Drains working and a savings of thousands of dollars. I am so thankful for these guys. When I need any work done they have my business and trust in a company is essential.
