I was very happy with Brian, he came out to fix my loud sounding toilet and did a great job. I called and his brother answered the phone and quickly told me the cost after explaining what was going on and within 2 hours Brian came out and fixed it. Done:-) I am a happy customer!

I recently used Seumas Plumbing to clear my yard drains. I have drain lines on each side of my house with 2 drains for each line. The 2 guys that came showed up within the 2-hour window I'd been given and used PPE the entire time they were on my property.
It turned out that both lines were impacted with roots. Using different snakes they were able to clear 1 line completely despite the roots but it was quite an effort. Unfortunately, they were unable to clear the 2nd line despite working the snake about 20-25 feet in from it's exit at the curb. There were just too many palm tree roots intruding in the line. The next step is to replace the section of the line that's still clogged.
I'm still giving them a 5 star review because there was no quit in these guys. They worked as hard as they possibly could to resolve my problem.
Bottom line, don't wait 12 years to have your yard drains snaked out.

Over the weekend I heard water running and discovered it stopped if I turned off the hot water valve at the water heater. I called Seumas on Monday and they were at my house in less than a hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a slab leak and brought in a leak detector to isolate the problem.

Most important they took their time to develop a solution that minimized damage to the house. A day later all repairs were complete!!

The responsiveness of this truly local company, their genuine care about the client, and professionalism of the crew is why I rate them 5 stars.

Other plumbers may advertise themselves as the company you can ""refer to your mother"" but Seumas is the local plumber you can trust!

I had an emergency plumbing need on a Saturday evening. Dave answered the phone on one ring. He had just gotten home from work. He tried to walk me through what needed to be done to save me money and not because he did not want to come out to help me. I wasn't able to navigate what needed to be done. Dave got in his truck, came out to Westlake Village and fixed what needed to be fixed. He was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Seumas plumbing.

I just want to say that these guys are great! Thanks for responding so quickly and fixing the issue at the dental office that I work at.
