Dave and his team did a wonderful job in helping us deal with a recent slab leak/cold water pipe burst in the laundry room. Grateful for our friends' recommendation to call Seumas Plumbing after we discovered a really wet spot in the carpet next to the laundry room. Our story has a happy ending! Brian came over at a scheduled time and was really responsive in getting the shower temp I liked. Now we have the perfect shower. Still 3 stars just because it was such a process and kind of pricey.

Last Sunday, we woke up to a pool of water around our fridge. Yes, it always happens on a weekend! Sigh!! Adding insult to injury, the water valve was on so tight that hubby could not turn the water off!! He did not want to use a wrench for fear of breaking the valve. The thought of calling a plumber was nerve wrecking!! Just as we guessed, prices being quoted by various companies caused our jaws to drop!!

Finally, I reached out to a friend told us about Seumas Plumbing. Spoke to Dave who quoted us half the price of what we were being quoted by other companies because it was a Sunday. Dave, a very friendly guy, showed up and turned the water off without incident. He capped the valve, took the time to verify that the leak was stopped then wished us a good day and prepared to leave. I reminded him that I owed him a check. He told us there was no charge and again wished us well. He explained it didn't take him long and it was a simple job.

My hubby and I were simply floored by Dave's kind gesture!! We didn't expect this level of kindness and integrity!! We believed he would have reduced the initial quote due to the simple task but to do it for free??? Honesty and integrity not to mention human kindness goes a long way with us!! Yes, you guessed it - we have found a new plumber for sure!! Thanks Dave!! Many Blessings to you and your company!!

My water heater conked out on a chilly Friday night as I stepped into the shower. I was expecting the usual blast of steaming hot water as I turned on the shower, but no. It was freezing cold. The next morning (Saturday) I called Seumas Plumbing and within 15 minutes the owner was at my doorstep. He gave me a thorough explanation of the issue and recommended a water heater replacement. And honestly, I had just moved into the house in 2021, and trusted the home inspector to find problems before buying the house. Well, he totally missed the junker GE water heater that looked like it was about to cause a big disaster. It was old and rusted with all kinds of funky things going on that weren't safe. By Monday we had Seumas Plumbing install a brand new Bradford White water heater. They fixed up the piping issues and expertly installed our new water heater. Bravo!

Thanks Seumas Plumbing. I had tried fixing my leaking toilet myself and finally gave up and called David at Seumas. He said someone would be there in a couple hours. Brian, the plumber that showed up, was knowledgeable and friendly. He complimented me on the repairs I had started then quickly finished repairing the leaking toilet.
Fast, friendly and fair. Seumas has been my go to plumber for over 10 years.

Seumas plumbing are THE guys to call if you want honesty, quality and no upselling whatsoever. So far I've met Brian and David and they are very professional. They are my go to for any issues. I had the main line backed up, kitchen sink clogged, etc, and these guys took care of it ,and, tagged a 30 day warranty for their services! Totally recommend them!

I've called for plumbing help 3 times now. A drain issue requiring a camera put down my sewer pipes, shower valve leaking, and failed house water regulator, and today replacement of my 20 year old gas water heater.
All 3 visits solved my issues and they're my go to plumbers! Omar was on all 3 calls and Brian with him on 2 calls. They are friendly, show up on time and worked together and know what they are doing.
I say that as a long time home owner needing plumbing work over the years.
As for price, each time I've called I've called because of emergency fixes not planned. All this has happened during this awful covid time so I haven't shopped around. I just know it'll be fixed and fast.
I feel I've received the service I've paid for and no call backs have been required on past work.

I have used them for years, i have allways been very satisfied with both the quality and the pricing....a great value. Since covid i was layed off and due to this i price shopped the job. It was right on and very Competitive. I went with them. Brian came out, assesed the problem and made the needed repairs, he also replaced/updated parts as needed without any change to the estimate.
