Terrible business! Twice they schedule me for a plumbing repair and after waiting for their 2 hours window, they called back stating they have to reschedule and the second time they didn't show up or call at all! Avoid them!

This company is horrible. They scheduled me two days prior with arrival time of 9AM-11AM. They sent email notifications confirming the appointment only to call at 9:30 on the morning of the scheduled appointment to inform me that the appointment was canceled we were already a half of hour into the appointment window. The reason they canceled was that they did not have the proper technician to send out for the job. Serviz customer service is also incompetent I had to call several times because they did not properly note the work to be performed in the service request.

I really want to like this company but I've tried to use them a couple of times now, and have had a frustrating, disappointing experience. I ordered a handyman a day before I wanted him to come out. The Serviz rep called me an hour and a half before the handyman was scheduled to come out to tell me I needed a plumber AND a handyman. I said he was surely mistaken because I'd had a handyman do the requested tasks previously. And I asked why was he calling me so close to the appointment time? The rep was rude and condescending and said ""because your appointment is today."" Well, do I need to point out that if you are trying to get me to book two different professionals you still have to find them and confirm availability and leave some room for travel time? I'm pretty sure you are not going to be able to honor the original appointment time. You could have if you'd called me the day before when the request came in! So don't act flippant! But he just continued to argue with me. I told him I didn't like his attitude, and the whole thing sounded suspect to me. So I canceled the appointment. The previous time I tried to use this company, the professional kept calling to say he would be late. A couple hours later, I gave up and cancelled. Buyer beware even though they offer $50 promos every week!

Contacted Serviz, the dishwasher was not draining. Service came out took a long time to 'diagnose' but said ""it isn't the drain pump, needed the 'washer part'. He ordered it ($247.00) service call $119.00.
attempted to use it the next day, still did not drain. Called Serviz again, came out fiddled, made remark, ""you don't know how to clean your dished"" outrageous! Called SERVIZ again...came out for 4th time, used a 'computer' to 're-set'something..still does not drain. KitchenAid said the part that was replaced had NOTHING to do with the draining feature

Will not ever have this company here again.

This company is a total scam. Consider yourself lucky if you set up an appointment that was cancelled. I waited around for hours for my ""pro"" to show up. The term ""pro"" is used VERY loosely. He made zero effort to actually clean my carpet and rushed out of my house in under 30 minutes. Their horrible customer service representatives are refusing a refund. Please spend your money with real professionals who take care of their clients. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Third time was the charm.

The first time I tried to schedule service, a guy texted me that he accepted my job but would be late. I said OK. Later, something told me to ask if he'd read the description of my needed service. He hadn't. He didn't have a ladder necessary to install my light fixture. I cancelled that one.

Tried to book again with new disclosure that I didn't have a ladder. A guy called to tell me he'd be here on time. 1.5 hours after that time, SERVIZ called to see how it was going....he hadn't shown up. Cancelled that one.

Finally, after I'd given up on SERVIZ, I got a coupon for $60 off. I decided to try again. This time, a very professional handyman called to let me know he was en route. He arrived on time, did an excellent job and even tightened my electrical outlet, and painted a small part of the ceiling while he was at it! He cleaned up with my broom and dustpan and was on his way in a jiffy!

He told me he was a contractor, not an employee and he didn't have any indicator he was with serviz when he arrived.

It looks like you get the luck of the draw with whoever picks up your booking.

I am infuriated by this service. I am 29 weeks pregnant with twins and was depending on a handyman's arrival in an hour today. After over a week of receiving numerous confirmations, I just received a call 1 hour before the handyman's scheduled arrival telling me there is no handyman that can come?! Who runs a company this way?? Spare yourself the aggravation and last-minute scrambling to find a replacement and skip this service altogether.

the carpet cleaner arrived between the stated time. he was courteous, explained the process and completed the job with/in the window he told me. he did a great job on a carpet that i thought had to be replaced.

i'd use them again - and if you are considering a job - definitely consider them
