I have tried to book a handyman to replace a medicine cabinet. Serviz re-scheduled me 4 times and tomorrow will be the 5th time that they said they will send a handyman out.
This is a very stressful situation for me: I have cancelled all my activities for the past 4 days just to accommodate their schedule and tomorrow will be the 5th time I put my life on hold for that simple medicine cabinet. I pray that no more re-scheduling again.
I would not use this company Serviz in the future.
If I could take away the starts or give negative stars, I surely would. What disgusting horrible experience this has been. I scheduled an appt to get my stove fixed and oh boy.. they scheduled and rescheduled appts and then not showing up 3 f***ing times! I mean come on.. 3rd time when I call the company to complain they tell me they will have to start all over again and they dont have any appt for 2 weeks so plz find another company to help you!!
I am like WTF all in CAPS... like is this a joke!! This was such an awful experience..!
Worst service ever! the professional that came to my house overcharged me and the costume service just clean their hands. Really not reliable
I called serviz for an appliance repair and booked the appointment on-line and then it was confirmed by e-mail.
at the appointment time they indicated they would show up, they called and cancelled. they said they had to cancel because they did not service Samsung dryers....even though I clearly identified Samsung dryer when I made the request.
this looks like a booking engine at the end of the day and there is really no oversight that the appointment you booked is actually assignable to the technician or service person they assigned it to....and you probably won't find out until the appointment is missed.
suggest you stick with known local repair persons.

Dewayne J.I worked as a carpet cleaner I had to up sale everyone if I didn't I wouldn't make no money only person that made money with Service Pro the customer service was very rude they're now being sued in a class action lawsuit if you like being lied to I wouldn't use this company they take advantage of small businesses
plumber ruined the water meter he was asked to install, and the company hasn't refunded me , be ware
Terrible business! Twice they schedule me for a plumbing repair and after waiting for their 2 hours window, they called back stating they have to reschedule and the second time they didn't show up or call at all! Avoid them!
This company is horrible. They scheduled me two days prior with arrival time of 9AM-11AM. They sent email notifications confirming the appointment only to call at 9:30 on the morning of the scheduled appointment to inform me that the appointment was canceled we were already a half of hour into the appointment window. The reason they canceled was that they did not have the proper technician to send out for the job. Serviz customer service is also incompetent I had to call several times because they did not properly note the work to be performed in the service request.
I really want to like this company but I've tried to use them a couple of times now, and have had a frustrating, disappointing experience. I ordered a handyman a day before I wanted him to come out. The Serviz rep called me an hour and a half before the handyman was scheduled to come out to tell me I needed a plumber AND a handyman. I said he was surely mistaken because I'd had a handyman do the requested tasks previously. And I asked why was he calling me so close to the appointment time? The rep was rude and condescending and said ""because your appointment is today."" Well, do I need to point out that if you are trying to get me to book two different professionals you still have to find them and confirm availability and leave some room for travel time? I'm pretty sure you are not going to be able to honor the original appointment time. You could have if you'd called me the day before when the request came in! So don't act flippant! But he just continued to argue with me. I told him I didn't like his attitude, and the whole thing sounded suspect to me. So I canceled the appointment. The previous time I tried to use this company, the professional kept calling to say he would be late. A couple hours later, I gave up and cancelled. Buyer beware even though they offer $50 promos every week!
Contacted Serviz, the dishwasher was not draining. Service came out took a long time to 'diagnose' but said ""it isn't the drain pump, needed the 'washer part'. He ordered it ($247.00) service call $119.00.
attempted to use it the next day, still did not drain. Called Serviz again, came out fiddled, made remark, ""you don't know how to clean your dished"" outrageous! Called SERVIZ again...came out for 4th time, used a 'computer' to 're-set'something..still does not drain. KitchenAid said the part that was replaced had NOTHING to do with the draining feature
Will not ever have this company here again.
