They noticed and corrected an error from the original electrician which was a relief. My rep also stayed and completed the job same day even though it took a bit longer than he expected. The service guy didn't want to do anything and told me to replace the fixture. He offered to """"troubleshoot"""" the wiring going to the fixture for $272, but he didn't work on this type of fixture or install a new one if I bought it. Worthless visit that costs me $30 trip fee.

Yet another fantastic experience with servicewise electric! This time Jospeh was my technician and he was great. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns and was very clear about the cost of everything. There are a lot of electricians closer to where I live but it is very important to me to have an electrician I trust for the sake of my family's safety. That is why I will never use any company other than servicewise electric. I sleep better at night knowing they are the ones that did the work! There are the industry standard for electrical work!
