I've hired some pretty awful electricians and I've hired good. I would consider Servicewise Electric to be great. I found them through a local Facebook group via another Referal in the long list of other companies and they were my first call for a bathroom remodel. Within 2 hours of my initial phone call, a technician was at my house ready to give me an estimate. We agreed upon the price and he stayed and re routed lighting from the boring, above mirror builder grade to a stunning ceiling chandelier. He also added an outlet for the new backlit mirror. Everything from phone call to project completion was done within a matter of a half a day. He ran to Home Depot, got all the supplies and it was super efficient. From start to clean up. Not only would I use them again for ANY lighting need, I would highly recommend them to anyone else!

The service guy didn't want to do anything and told me to replace the fixture. He offered to """"troubleshoot"""" the wiring going to the fixture for $272, but he didn't work on this type of fixture or install a new one if I bought it. Worthless visit that costs me $30 trip fee.

I used the YELP! application to get a quote from several companies on a Friday afternoon. Maggie immediately responded and we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. When the technician did not show as scheduled, I called. Maggie informed me that they had an emergency call from another customer and they cancelled my appointment so they could respond to the other customer. She said she could try to get someone out later that day but could not guarantee anything. When I expressed my disappointment about have my scheduled appointment cancelled, Maggie informed me that the other customer had a complete power outage and that took priority over me getting my doorbell repaired. Now that is how you make a customer feel unappreciated.

I had another electrician come out and attempt to hook up a sauna. After he bailed mid project I called Servicewise as it was a complex job on an expensive system. They noticed and corrected an error from the original electrician which was a relief. My rep also stayed and completed the job same day even though it took a bit longer than he expected. I really appreciate the quality and attention to detail Servicewise employed on this complex project. A very easy call to use again!

Kyle and Riley were amazing! They were so kind to my children who tried to tell them how to do their job Easy way to schedule an estimate. Estimate was given without any hint of pressure. They were able to install both a fan and foyer chandelier in the two story ceilings, quickly, efficiently, and killed a wasp while they were at it! Loved the military discount too. Most definitely recommend!

Yet another fantastic experience with servicewise electric! This time Jospeh was my technician and he was great. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns and was very clear about the cost of everything. There are a lot of electricians closer to where I live but it is very important to me to have an electrician I trust for the sake of my family's safety. That is why I will never use any company other than servicewise electric. I sleep better at night knowing they are the ones that did the work! There are the industry standard for electrical work!
