Well I was disappointed with my service today. Started off with the tech not showing up on time. Had a 2 hour window from 11-1 and he showed up at 1:10. He comes in to tell me that it'll cost $500-$600 to replace my shower valve. Tells me he cannot fix it right now and he has two other appointments to go to. Wow really!? He will have to come back IF they can get the delta part. Most likely it will not be fixed today. Mind you I'm without any water and I have two small children. He comes back in from talking with the office and requoted me $725. Uh ok!?!? Refused to put the estimate down on paper so I can see exactly why it will cost so much. I feel abandoned and ripped off. Needles to say I refused the service and I'm stuck to deal with the issue on my own.

Had a probable water leak in house and a bad expierence with the city of Antioch water utility. Called service pros plumbers and Jason came the next morning in the time window promised, was efficent in finding the problem with toilet bowl flush mechanisms, gave us alternative methods of fixing problem, gave us cost estimates and time estimates. after we made our choice, the work was done, the problems fixed and the cost was lower than i had feared.
Put a smile back on my face. Now I have a go-to plumber in Antioch

I am a renter and right after moving in I needed a new toilet and 2 new faucets. Jason came over and did a great job. He made sure that we got all of the right pieces and that everything worked great. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

We had a leak with the faucet in our master bath that apparently had been going on for weeks, possibly months. We called Service Pros and Jason came out within a few hours. He immediately took care of the problem and also checked out a ""pressure"" problem we had with our master shower. Apparently, another leak that was undiagnosed and he went and promptly repaired that one as well. All done within 2 hours and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks to Jason and Ana at Service Pros for doing a wonderful job!!!!!

My husband accidentally jackhammered up a main line at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I called service pros and they had someone there to make sure the water cutoff to just that part of the house. He came back the next day to repair the line. I'd also bought a new dishwasher that I was waiting for handyman to install and he installed it that day in addition to his other work. I didn't have to wait or make another appointment. Very reasonable prices.

Our water heater gave up after 23 years and we called our warranty company. Service Pros answered the call and we were happy they did. They showed up the next day and evaluated the job and made recommendations to the warranty company. The delay we had was due to the warranty company dragging their feet. Once that was settled they made an appt to come out the next day and install a new water heater. Jason showed up on time, completed the repairs in a timely manner considering there were alot of code issues that had to be corrected. We also had him replace additonal valves outside. It truly was a pleasure dealing with this company and I highly recommend them. You cannnot go wrong calling this company.
