Excellent service. I called Service Pros Plumbers with a service problem and within the hour or so, Juan came by. Juan came by and fixed my plumbing under 1 hour where I spent hours on the same problem. Very knowledgeable and upfront on what's the problem and putting together a fix.

What a great company! Juan came to my home and very informative and although he said there wasn't much they can do about my problem he gave me lots of information and even told me that there was a rebate for my water softener from the city of Brentwood.

Everyone that I've talked with at this company has been super helpful. Ana is extremely quick to reply to my messages and Jason has come by to help try and fix any issues with my ongoing water leak. Very professional and nice group of people. They haven't actually serviced anything yet, but they've helped a lot! I've used other plumbing companies before and Service Pros is truly by far the best. I will be using and recommending them for leak detection and any future (if any, hopefully not) plumbing issues. Thank you service pros!!!

Quick Update. Hands down, one of the best customer experience Ive encountered. Jason is extremely careful, efficient, and proactive. He did a leak detection at my house. Since I wasn't at home, he went through everything step by step with me and my husband on the phone along with my brother who was on scene. He was searching and searching for about 3 hours and could not find the source of the leak. He made observations and suggestions that were borderline detective work and everything made sense. Although the leak wasn't found at first- we were still happy with his service because of his knowledge and thorough explanation. He left and came back as a courtesy to double check some things--- and what do you know-- his determination and dedication shows he truly cares for his customers -- he's found the leak! Thank you Jason and thank you Service Pros Plumbers!

Had an issue with my sink and shower not draining at home. Found this company off Yelp and they had great reviews and a great Yelp deal. Prices were good and they were able to come out the next day and fix it for me. It's been a month and I haven't had any issues with the plumbing since. Awesome experience. I spoke with Ana first, very professional and inviting. Gino Cabano came out the next morning and had everything fixed in under a half hour. Gino was very knowledgeable; knew what he was doing. He immediately saw what was wrong and knew how to fix it. He took a moment to clearly explain it, put me at ease from the moment I saw him. One of the rental properties we had had a very bad leak somewhere in the closet. Some plumber from AJ Bono (from home warranty) came out and without bothering with finding out the root cause, suggested it must be some leak under the slab and that it's better to re-route all the lines in the entire house - several thousand dollars worth of work.
Called Service Pros and Jason made it out the next day, patiently explained what needs to be done to identify the cause and why it's not the best thing to blindly reroute. He helped identify the root cause and it ended up the leak was not at all under the slab! He simply needed to open up dry wall and fix - albeit it's not an easy job either but it saved us thousands of dollars! Will definitely contact them for future issues.
