After posting the yelp review the night of 1/09/19, I called the office once more the morning of 1/10/19 to ask for an invoice and my part back. The receptionist put me on hold to check with the plumber and Ana, the manager got on the line.

Ana introduced herself, said she had been on vacation this past week, had just seen the yelp review, and was trying to figure out what was going on. She patiently listened to me while I explained my experience and frustrations. She said she could see all the notes in the database to do a diagnostic and call me, as the homeowner, before performing any work. She also saw the notes that I called in to get a status update after they had already been to the house. She said that for a typical cartridge replacement in a bathtub facet, they would normally only charge $175 (not $350). She saw that I had asked for the part to be left for me and that it never was. Ana apologized profusely and said she would address all these issues with her staff.

Ana said customer service was very important to the company and wanted to know how she could make this right for me. I was very happy to hear her say this and told her so. I told her I was shocked her company had such good reviews given the horrible experience I had. I told her I would be content paying the $179, being given an invoice/receipt (since I never got one), and getting my part back.

Ana charged me $179, subtracted the $30 in case her plumber couldn't find my cartridge, for a total of $149. This is about what I would have paid anyway with the $25 yelp coupon. She emailed me the invoice. Her plumber did find my cartridge and dropped it by the rental house. And she made sure this was all done in the same day.

Thank you for making this right Ana. I trust that you will address these issues with your staff and I added two more stars to my review.

Ana gave me a quote for our shower spout repair and we were able to set up an appt very quickly . Juan came out and was very skilled . We wanted an upgraded hardware and he was more than accommodating and had to make an extra effort.The office was also very understanding and bent over backwards when I couldn't postpone today's Job till Monday (New Years eve) . Juan went the extra mile and made a customer for life. Thanks for keeping the showers running this holiday season and throughout the year Plumbing Pro's. Shout out to Juan and Anthony for being patient with a grumpy , unshowered old man as well as the office when I panicked over not having that shower for 3 more days.

Service Pro Plumbers is a great establishment. They were able to fix my clogged pipes the same day. They were knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly friendly. They gave me great tips in maintaining my pipes. And after all of this the cost of their services were reasonably priced.

I cannot express how this company has exceeded expectations. I noticed water dripping and called three different plumbers that were either no show or did not call back. I called this company and they were professional, friendly, and courteous from the start. The plumber showed up promptly and explained everything to me from the start. I had an unexpected problem when putting in my new washer. My water valves were leaking. I reached out to Service Pros via Yelp and got a quick response within minutes. Jason was able to walk me through the issue over phone since those valves were new and only had a screw tightening problem. Within half an hour my problem has been resolved!

Was just getting ready to go to work and I see the water heater leaking in the garage. Long story short, saw the good reviews on yelp. Called and informed the person over the phone that a repair needed to be on that day. Within a few hrs Steve showed up. Turns out, I needed a new water heater, it was after all 10 Yrs old (lifespan of WH anyways) Steve was able to get me a brand new WH, a second person, Juan to assist.
My only draw back was the recommendation that Steve made for an awful company that gave me an outrageous quote to get a plywood/drywall stand repaired or replaced, which caused the delay in installation of my new WH.
Like I said, water had only been leaking that very day, it only caused superficial moisture which dried overnight.
So 5 star for prompt response and action. 0 star for recommending an awful company by the name of NATIONAL DRYING SERVICES that was trying to rip a woman off!
