Over 10 years living in same house I've called many plumbers in the area for various plumbing issues. These guys were the most professional, reliable and effective. Rudy was our tech. Fixed our water pressure and installed regulator. Excellent work and even more excellent customer service.

What started as what I thought was a simple disposal replacement and a clogged toilet, ended with Eddie pulling out a huge branch/tree growing throw my pipes in my bathroom. Had Eddie not gone the extra mile to uncover the root (pun attended) of the problem and not a quick fix, I would still have this massive tree growing through my bathroom. Service Pros takes extra time and care to ensure you don't have repeat issues. And for that, I'm grateful!

Met with the plumber nice gentleman, took notes and measurements. Said they would get back to me with an estimate. 7 days I figured is plenty of is plenty of time to get an estimate done without being rushed. Tu follow up with the company turns out they do not service this type of sink due to the countertop. 7 days later and the only reason I found out is because I followed up. Bad way to drop the ball. My review is solely asked on their communication NOT on their service.

Juan came out to evaluate mail line block at my business. He was through in explaining my options. Chose hydro jetting per his recommendation. Went right to work and cleared line. Then took the time to show the line in evaluating for further issues. Was worth the extra to have peace of mind for best results, thanks

We have used SPP Antioch for two needs - one toilet leak related (urgent) and one call for new kitchen faucet installation. We are new to the Brentwood area. Monday afternoon our main water pipe started to leak from somewhere. We got the main line turned off to stop the leak and used yelp to try to get quotes to fix it. Service Pros was quick to contact us back, said there was no way to give a quote but they could come out Tuesday morning and find the leak and fix it.
They did just that. They came out, used a leak detector and found the broken pipe. I was on a customer call for work, so my husband came up to tell me the quote is about $3500. That seems high, but I have never encountered this situation before and it seemed we didn't have much choice. I could not do any research at that time (should have done it the night before), so we agreed to have the work done. Our water was turned back on about 3 or so hours after they arrived. We paid them with a credit card. Talking with neighbors and doing some googling after work, I realize we paid way too much. According to Angie's list the repair should cost between $600-$1500. Our situation was not unusual, nothing to replace but a piece of pipe. It is our fault for agreeing to this amount, but it sure feels like we got fleeced. $389 to find the leak, $2875 to fix the pipe and $98 to use a credit card. I'm not sure if we were even told that there was a 3% credit card fee. If we were, that's our bad too. I just want people to know that they should get more than one quote, even though you may be without water. My father was a plumber and always charged a fair price. The cost to fix the pipe ends up being over $900 an hour which includes waiting time for the pipe to dry (30 minutes). Buyer beware here. Some companies have pricing for situations like this that take advantage of trusting consumers. I have even seen reviews here where this same repair was around $600.

Please save your B.S for someone else. I paid the money because you did send someone out of a couple of minutes but please save the crap how you care about everyone. That's a joke and you know it. You say there are other companies that will do the work without checking. They gave me the same kind of report you did. There are also companies who run up price's whenever they can. So please save your wholesome company b.s .

Unreliable and very expensive. They did not make their appointment for getting an estimate so instead of rescheduling, they just threw an outrages figure at me. Probably off the top of their heads.
