I had a non emergency leak happen at night. I contacted SPP and was able to book an appointment for the following morning. I was given a 2hr window. I was called and given a heads up when the plumber was on their way. They arrived on time within the appointment window. They were able to to fix my problem with parts in their truck. The whole thing took about an hour.

I had limited time to deal with this issue due to my work schedule and SPP handled it quickly a professionally. Great service. Thank you

I have used Service Pros Plumbers for my child care business. We needed a vendor who could help us with a mandatory sewer repipe. Jason, and the rest of the team from start to finish have been extremely communicative and professional. They collaborated with multiple vendors to get the job done with a quick timeline. Dishwasher was leaking, and they came out to fix the problem. Diagnosed was accurate and the fix was great. Also, they were in and out fast, that gives them another star.

I've had a vibrating noise coming from my toilet for months. It's been driving me nuts, and I decided to try and fix it myself by installing a new fill valve and flapper. Come 8PM last night, after 3 hours of effort and 2 trips to the hardware store for additional parts (I discovered leaks in the hoses and angle valve), I realized the job was beyond my skill level and emotional bandwidth. I had to shut off all water to the house after the leak I exposed wouldn't stop no matter how much I tightened the the valve coming from the wall. I called Service Pros Plumbers at 8:30PM, and got a text from Ana the next morning. I told her I wanted to give it one last try on my own before having her, or one of their staff, come out. Ana asked me to describe the problem and to text her photos of the mess I created. She then gave me fantastic help and advice - explaining what I needed to do - and some much needed encouragement as a bonus. Well, thanks to her (and another trip to the hardware store), I FIXED its on my own. New hoses needed, new angle valve, new fill valve, new flapper. Ana charged me nothing, and without her I couldn't have done it. If all businesses operated the this one, the world would be a better place. Thank you Ana and Service Pros Plumbers!!!!

My property manager uses Service Pros to fix plumbing in our Walnut Creek rental house. I find that they pad their costs. They quoted over $600 to do a simple faucet replacement. Even at $100/hr there's just no way to get to that price. I've had other examples where the recommendation and cost were much higher than they should be.
Perhaps they only do this on 'commercial' properties because they think no one is looking but as the property owner I'm not impressed and would not recommend them. I have to say that their work itself is OK, it's just that they over charge (my opinion).

We needed a sump pump installed in our crawl space quickly, they came to inspect on a Friday and gave us a bid, we called Monday to schedule the appointment, and they showed up Tuesday morning, very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Communicated with the office to set an appointment to get a bid on a good-sized commercial remodel. On the day of the appointment they called 5 minutes into my 12-2 appointment window to tell me the plumber was leaving Antioch and would be here shortly. An hour and 45 minutes later I call to find out where the plumber is and I'm told he hasn't yet left Antioch but he could be there in 40 minutes. What a joke!

Great customer service. The technician was prompt. They called beforehand to let me know they were on there way. They were neat and polite. They explained exactly what was needed to be done. Completed the job the best way, not the easiest. Above all else, their pricing was very fair compared to others.

I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.
