Not that one wants to see his/her plumber on a regular basis but it is nice to know a professional, reliable one BEFORE any emergency. Joseph, from this company, came out to do some tank upgrades on my toilets as well as out a slow-draining line on a house i bought last year. Great work & now if I have a water emergency, I have a trusted plumber.

The reason I am only giving 4 stars is that I expected the drain to be inspected/cleaned when the Garbage Disposal was replaced I am was distracted and didn't personally see it done and most of my problem was fixed but I think the rest of the issue(Sink not draining properly when Dishwasher runs) still remains.

The young man doing the work seemed knowledgeable and capable enough performing his job quickly. The cost was less than the other place I talked with but I was pressed for time so didn't look anywhere else.

Don't get me wrong, to this point I am happy with the repairs unless my sink starts backing up again.

I love these guys, and can't recommend them enough. I had a pesky leak in my bathroom faucet, and called to make an appointment. I got one scheduled easily for a couple of days later. Leading up to the appointment, their communication was clear and professional - they were great in keeping me updated on arrival time. When Landon visited, he sorted the problem in literally minutes. By chance, my garbage disposal started leaking that day so he also took a peek at that, no questions asked, and immediately spotted the problem. His team replaced the disposal a couple of days later. I would not hesitate to give these guys a call for any plumbing related service need in future - great value and great to work with!
