We had a service call on Thursday that got pushed back a day because we could not meet at 4 PM after waiting all day. When the technician came out, he found that the toilet was not the problem. It was a leak from the pipe in the wall. After shutting the water off and removing the leaking connection, I was told that someone else had to come out to finish the job Before 5PM. This was around 12:45. At 4 Pm I placed a call to the office to find out when we should expect the technician. We were told that we were next, the technician just had to finish up his current job.

I called back at 4:45 to make sure we were going to have someone come by to finish the job. I was told the dispatcher had control of technician and we were next.

At 9 Pm I figured we had to wait until morning. A call was places at 8AM Saturday morning. When connected to the office, they knew who I was and that I needed someone to finish my plumbing job. As I was being told that they knew who I was, a chuckle could be heard. I was told that I was on the list.

Around 9AM, my wife called and was told that someone had called out for the day And that it would be serviced on Monday. My wife asked to speak to a manager. She was upset that we were paying a fee every month to have priority when calling in. Meanwhile we are without any water, hot or cold, going on almost 24hrs.

The manager tells us that they can be out first thing Monday morning due to not having anyone available to help us. He continued to say that he would not be able to cover our hotel stay over the weekend because of not being able to get service to us.

He goes on to say that if something becomes available today, he would send them to us. I replied by saying our attorney would be contacting them Monday if we could not get our hotel room covered If we had to seek shelter elsewhere Due to not having running water and waste building up in the toilets.

He goes on to say he needed to speak to the owner because I threatened to sue.

The manager came out around 12:30 to complete the job which he did very professionally, then we were charged for the service without a discount for our trouble.

Here's the thing I called two weeks ago for a HVAC maintenance and I was first call for today's appointments. They called me around 830 stating they will give me an update as soon as possible when a technician will arrive to do the service. At approximately 1 o'clock they called and said we can't make it within my timeframe and would like to reschedule I asked, will I be rescheduled for tomorrow and the service guy stated it would be June 22 which is three weeks out. I highly suggest calling some other company besides this one very disappointed in their lack of service and told the guy I would call someone else.

Service Plus - DO NOT USE! This has to be the most inept company I have ever dealt with! They hire young folks who have NO experience (see pics). They have damaged my roof with his aggressive ways of ripping the old unit out and putting the new one in. I have been without A/C two or three times since it was installed. Please do research before you hire companies.....lesson learned for me. Don't let this happen to you! This is a hole they put in my roof...see the light? Look at that wiring.....not even up to code, nothing is in junction boxes. The case around the wire is already shredded off, which will cause a fire or destroy the unit! You can see water damage from inept employees destroying my home. They let me use a portable ac unit (this time) and it has dripped all over my flooring! The headache has been going strong for over a month now! They need to change their name to service minus. Anyone else deal with these clowns? Did you get resolution? Please share.
Get this........now they are trying to sell me a $6k tankless water heater! My water heater is less than 9 months old! Please use a reputable company that doesn't sell you a $10k paper weight then leave you in the heat.
There have been numerous techs sent out to see what's wrong but nobody said anything about this botched wiring until I said it looks not up to code! Then they said, yes it is not wired correctly. So nobody was going to fix this until I mentioned it! Very poor training and very poor company.
I have asked for the owner to contact me twice, with no response. Just goes to show this company only cares about screwing the customer!
Please let your neighbors know about the poor quality of this company so they do not get ripped off!

We had them out to replace our sump pump line. They told us we could run it to the front of the house, or save $800 and run it to the back so it would be away from the tree that caused the original damage. I asked if the HOA would be okay with this and Service Plus said they do it all the time and it would be fine. We now have pooling water in our backyard and our neighbor's backyard. The City of Westfield came out and said the job is not up to code. Service Plus refuses to correct the issue and would not listen to the representative from the city who was trying to explain how to avoid doing it wrong in the future.

I will never hire this company again. dug up my yard and all they fixed my sewer but they still not come back to fill in the ten foot hole that I've got in my front yard.. never returned any of my calls so I've ended up calling the gas company and they promised they would come & fill in the hole!! Lesson learned even at my age!! Which is 74.

This company takes time to educate the homeowners and encourages prevention. Make them your first choice in plumbing and HVAC.

Service Plus is run by scam artists. They caused thousands of dollars of damage to my property while doing a simple plumbing job, but told the judge it was ""just part of the job"". Then they lied and over-charged my credit card and covered that up by signing my name to the contract. They destroyed my property and then didn't even fix the job they were paid to do, so I had to have someone else come out and finish the work. I'm out thousands of dollars simply because they're good liars.

The proprietor and president, Chris Cunningham, has really disappointed me. One of his employees rear ended my vehicle in their company van and I contacted the company's insurance. Chris pleaded to settle the claim outside of the insurance. It took him a week to return my call. Once he did; I provided him with an estimate from a popular body shop chain. Chris accepted the estimate and said that he will cut a check to the shop directly and then advised if I choose to not have the vehicle repaired, he would send me a check for half of the damage done to my vehicle. He said this without me even prompting him on where I preferred the check to be sent. This is very disreputable. If you cause damage to someone's property, then you should indemnify them and make them whole. Whether they choose to repair their vehicle or how they decide to have it repaired is not the choice of the person who does the damage. After I questioned him on this, he tried to mention that his driver did not describe the accident the way I did almost as if he was implying that I was not rear ended while stopped at a red light and I really did not have a basis for getting money for my damaged vehicle, but at this point he already agreed to get the vehicle fix so why not start with that? After this very uncomfortable conversation I advised Chris I would contact him back with my decision on how to proceed. Now when I try to contact him, he is suddenly unavailable and is not responding to my emails. This is not about the money. I have insurance on my vehicle, and I have money to get it fixed. This is about how someone who thinks they can pay you off with half the money they owe you, can run an establishment where this situation could happen to someone else and their property. What if your vehicle was parked in your driveway and a technician comes to repair your heating and cooling system and on their way out, they hit your vehicle? I am not saying to not patronize this business, but this is a situation that is happening to me within this establishment and wanted to make it known.

Their plumber scratched our wood floor and he nor his supervisor would take any responsibility over causing it. We've had a plan with Service Plus for about 2 years. I was already getting sick and tired of every time they came out they would try to convince us to buy some outrageously priced replacement for whatever mechanical they were servicing at the time even though ours were working fine. They constantly had some list of reasons why we needed to spend $8,000 plus. Then last week we decided to have them replace one of our toilets because it was running and we were told the inside needed to be rebuilt. They quoted us $700 for a new toilet and install. We decided to buy the toilet separately (for a fraction of the cost) and have them do the install. Terry, the plumber showed up and my husband had brought the toilet upstairs on his own. When Terry opened the box, he discovered it was broken. He and my husband carried it down the stairs so it could be exchanged for a new one at the store where he bought it. They set it down at the bottom of the stairs and my husband thought they would pick it back up to carry it out to the garage. Instead, Terry (and Terry alone), dragged the box across our wood floor. One of the pieces of the broken toilet must have been poking through the bottom of the box and completely scratched the floor. He even got down immediately and started trying to scuff it out. When I called Service Plus, the supervisor, Mark Fite was a complete jerk and seemed very irritated with ME and claimed ""his guy"" said my husband was holding the box when it happened and it wasn't his fault. He basically told me it's a ""he said, he said"" situation and why should he believe me over ""his guy?"" A responsible company would apologize and send someone out to see the damage. They have insurance for this reason but from the moment I talked to him, he was defensive and rude. A wood floor cannot be repaired in just one spot. It would need to be sanded and stained and you can't color match a wood floor without it looking off. So basically our entire first floor would need to be redone. I should also mention, the spot is right in the entryway. I will never use this company again and I will post a negative review explaining what happened in every possible place, including on the Carmel Moms FB group which will cost them a lot of business.

I had a minor clog in my laundry drain pipe. The tech showed up on time, was very respectful and friendly. Found the trouble and got it all cleared in no time. He suggested I sign up for a couple other services that added $11 to my bill and I get two more visits. Great service. Honest and trustworthy.
