I tried this company a while ago and found their estimate was higher than other companies.
I gave them another opportunity today and requested an emergency fix on leaking pipe and was told someone would call me shortly with appointment time, but nobody called me back after several hours. When I called them back, I was told nobody works in office today.
They should not have advertised themselves as 24/7 if nobody can even schedule appointment on Sunday especially after they promised customer they would do it.
The representative was not friendly either when she knew what happened.
I will not try this company again.

We use their services for annual heating & cooling inspections, and this time we needed a new furnace & air handler. They got the work done the very next day, they were clear with pricing, and they got the job finished.

There are a couple concerns. They didn't get the job finished in 1 day, perhaps because they didn't estimate the job correctly (needed to widen our attic entry). They also didn't fill up the refrigerant in the new unit at first, so overnight the first night it didn't blow very cold. Also, the unit they installed is loud and at the bottom of the efficiency curve. I didn't ask about other more efficient or quieter models, I should have... but would have loved to have discussed options.

Service Plus checks our heating and AC unit twice a year, we are on the maintenance plan. March 20 of this year, tech performs a maintenance check and finds nothing wrong with the unit, no holes, no leaks and we are good on coolant. He says we are good to go for the spring and summer. At that time, he gives us a $50 off coupon for any future repairs. May 13, we hear a dripping noise coming from inside an interior wall. AC unit has been dripping water and there is now 2 inches of water at the bottom of the unit inside our home!! Tech comes out, looks at exterior AC unit and does not look at inside unit where the leak is. Tells us we are 2lb low on coolant and there may be a hole in a coil. Also says we haven't had a service call within the last 2 years and they don't service Bryant and we may need a whole new system because it is over 8 years old!! We bought our system 8 years ago from and had it installed by Service Plus!! I have a signed record of every maintenance call stuck to one of the sides of the interior unit! Charges us $75 for not looking at the leak!!
Exact same thing happened last year. The spring maintenance check was clean, tech hands us a $50 off coupon for future repair work and about 6 weeks later we find 2.5 inches of water at the bottom of unit At that time the tech came back and spent maybe 30 secs inside the interior unit and said it was an easy fix. This time the tech tells us it's going to cost over $250 to fix a leak that he did not even look at. I'm waiting for a call back from one of the supervisors. AC unit still leaking water inside our house.

Service Plus is very responsive and quick to get to our house any time we have called them with an issue. Their people are always kind and courteous when they come to our house too. They always seem to be able to resolve the issue. I do feel their prices are higher than other places, so it is helpful to get several quotes.

There was nothing big to report. He came out to look at the piping in water features that was done in 9-17. The backflow valve had a hairline crack in the (40) PVC. When it was installed, the tech didn't tell me that it was not warranted during the winter months. When spring came we could not run the pump to the backyard pond. So, I had a person who was installing a new pond liner to fixed the problem. All the Service Plus man did make sign that he was there. This all goes back to train the trainer.

We've used Service Plus for two years now and have been pleased throughout this time. We started with the annual maintenance plan, which provided regular inspections for both HVAC and plumbing. With these inspections, I've always felt Service Plus has been honest in their assessments and recommendations of any necessary repairs. If repairs or replacements are required, they present multiple options to fit your budget and needs. There is no pressure. We just referred my in-laws to Service Plus, and we would not have done that if we were uncomfortable with the company in any way.

15 minutes.
It took 3 visits to unplug the drain in my basement. If the representative had returned with the larger snake (they did 3rd time)and spent 15 minutes more (again 3rd time) then I would not have restoration services running giant fans for a week and now repairs begin. Thanks for the arguments and stalling

I had drain flies (gross) and called Service Plus. There was confusion on who resolved drain flies (exterminator or plumber) but I finally decided I was going to have a plumber come out and clear my drain.

The representative helped identify a great deal for me. Dan arrived and was honest about my situation from experience which was helpful. He tried to not do work because he felt what he was being asked to do wouldn't solve the problem which I appreciated.
