Since 1987, Service One has been repair, maintenance, and installation services for commercial plumbing, air conditioning, and heating systems. Moreover, Service One offers insulation, radiant barrier, and air quality services. As an authorized Premier Trane Comfort Specialist dealer, Service One services all makes and models. We employ only in-house, background-checked, uniformed, EPA Certified, State registered, and factory trained service technicians. Licensed by the State of Texas, Service One is fully insured to ensure your safety. We provide a flat rate pricing structure that eliminates the risks of hourly pricing. Service One will assess any issue and provide you with an upfront, honest price for the complete repair before any work begins. Service One started in 1987 with a fresh perspective on home services, placing customer satisfaction as the top priority. Over the years, Service One has grown, but our founding principles have remained unchanged and continue to be a cornerstone of our company for nearly 30 years!

Keep up the hard work

Kenny showed up to check our HVAC system out. We felt it was not working up to full capacity. He was able to diagnose the system and come up with a solution. Now the system is running great!! Kenny was very friendly, professional and thorough with his diagnoses. We will definitely request him again if needed. Thanks Kenny!!

Chris is my hero! After almost 2 weeks of no AC, my home warranty dispatched Service One and they were here and had it fixed the very same day. Chris was familiar with the communicating units that I have, and was able to quickly identify the problem and had it working in an hour. Service One is super responsive and their service is absolutely 5 star worthy! This company alone has made me feel confident renewing my home warranty and I would recommend them to anyone!

Beware this company! We purchased a $17,500 top of the line Rheem HVAC system from Service One two years ago and they have never been able to make it work correctly. There have been literally dozens of service calls for alarms and system failures since the system was installed. Last week, as we sat in an 80 degree home with multiple alarms registering on the system, Alan Davis, the owner of Service One, told us that there was nothing wrong with the system and we were just difficult customers. This was eight days after a Service One technician had cleared the most recent series of alarms and said that the system was cooling correctly. Another company was called and came out immediately. They found a frozen coil, three pounds of excess refrigerant overcharge in the system, loose wiring, an incorrect setting on one of the motherboard dip switches, and leaking duct work. Service One does not know what it's doing and does not stand behind their products. Do not do business with Service One.

My ac was acting up and Service One had someone out the next day. Ian was professional, knowledgeable and explained the issue, showing me pictures he had taken of the unit which helped me understand the problem. His genuine character gives me confidence in the company and I will be referring Service One to family and friends.
