Steve was very professional, kind and informative throughout our repair process of not having heat on the coldest night this year. We appreciate all he did for us and the quick turn around of heading over, figuring out the issue and resolving the issue. We appreciate Steve and all that Service One has done for our family throughout the years.

I can't give zero stars, so one it is!
American Home shield sent them out to my home (using my $125 service fee) . They said we needed to replace the furnace. American Home shield denied my claim and said that it was 'pre-existing' due to the statements /review from this contractor.
I sent them the inspection report to share with AHS and they never submitted it. I sent it to AHS and they too did not respond. (so bad service on both parts)
We did not get any follow-up phone calls, emails, nothing about our rebuttal on the denial from AHS, but were under the impression that Service 1 was working on it. (Nope, nada, nothing!) All the while, our upstairs has been freezing cold at night.
I ended up paying someone else to come out and take a look. Lo and behold, it took one small part to be replaced and it has been working for days now. The new guy charged me $225. I called to cancel AHS after this fiasco. I have to share that they refunded me my $125 and gave me 2 months free. So, I will give them another chance, but I don't want this company coming back out to my home, ever.

Fast service for HVAC season checkup through American Home Shield. Wiley was our tech and he was awesome! He was informative, thoughtful, patient and kind. He gave suggestions to keep our system in tip top shape, shared thoughts on things to do in the future to increase air quality. Wiley and Service One rock!

Yesterday, Josh with Service One AC & Heating came out because our outdoor backup line was pouring out water at an abnormal rate. We had just contacted Service One the day before. Josh was very professional and friendly, and he discovered the problem right away and fixed it. I felt like their prices were fair, right in line with the going rate. I recommend this company to anyone searching for a dependable AC service.
