We called Service Now! at 7pm on a Monday night. Greg Hill showed up at 8 and fixed the backed up sewer by 9. He was super friendly and went beyond the call of duty by helping me get a baby bird back in its nest. Great customer service. We will definitely use them again.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I called to have my bathtub drain snaked. No biggie I thought. I was sorely mistaken. ""Chris Lucas"" came out for what I assumed would be a simple job. After an hour, he hadn't made much improvement. He claimed that it was much better, and I eventually lost patience and agreed, simply to make him leave, so I could feed my crying infant son. $200 and another awkward half an hour later, waiting for authorization of my credit card from his dispatch, he finally left.
The tub was not at all better...and Chris left the bathtub stained and scratched. I called the company back. I should have requested a different technician but didn't want to be excessively rude. Chris again snaked my drain, and this time pulled up one of my son's tiny washcloths that I had accidently let go down the drain. Problem solved I thought. Perhaps it was worth dealing with Chris...I was again, very mistaken. That evening I noticed a terrible smell eminating from the bathroom, I wrote it off as the beans I fed my husband for dinner. But the smell persisted. I quickly realized that this offensive odor was raw sewage. Yes. Sewage. I may not be a plumber, but I am a mechanic, and common sense suggested that Chris had created a hole in my tubs P-trap. I called the company back, and requested a different technician. I no longer had the patience for Chris. The new technician came and was directed to the crawl space beneath my house. When he emerged, he told me that there was indeed a hole in the tubs P-trap, and that it would cost $1000 to fix. Great. The technician quickly got defensive saying that any damage done by snaking would not hold them liable. He was quick to add that this was stated in the fine print. He seemed to have made this speech on numerous occasions. I have no desire to further support this company, and will seek assistance from their negligence elsewhere, as it appears that I will receive no compensation for my plumbing being destroyed.
Until I can get this issue resolved, I now have to run the fan, keep the window open, and the bathroom door shut to make my home even habitable. I cannot believe how I have been treated, and wish to warn people so it dosent happen to you as well.

Stay away- overpriced, rude and pushy! Jimmy came out (who was really nice and gave a lot of false promises). After reassuring me that for $900 my sprinklers would be up and running and his tech would go over the whole system and explain all issues to me... $1350 later and after the tech is gone I have a pipe sticking out of the ground that is shooting water (this was not happening prior to his visit) and several sprinkler stations will not turn on. Called Jimmy and he sent his tech back out who was very rude, treated me like I was cheap after spending $1350 for 3 sprinkler valves and 2 broken pipes. At first he told me he would have fixed the broken pipe had he noticed it and 2 minutes later he said he noticed it but set that broken pipe to a station that doesn't go off. Here comes the best part, he wanted to charge me $150 service call to come back out... To fix the stuff the he messed up and should have discussed with me 12 hours prior when I paid $1350. When I said I didn't think a service fee was fair he said: ""just because you used our services yesterday, doesn't mean that we will provide future services for free."" SERIOUSLY??? Do the job right the first time! Rip off, overpriced pushy with sales and rude!!! Stay away!
They also go by Sacramento Sprinkler Repair. www.sacsprinklerrepair.com

I called these guys out to fix the kitchen and laundry drain lines and they only fixed the kitchen. I had to get them back out to do the laundry and they charged me again! And since I wasn't in the area they said they would send me a receipt. Three weeks later I'm still waiting!

Called Service Now because their add stated ""free estimates"". They came out and said they would need to do a video camera inspection which would cost $200.00 to determine the problem. We declined since that cost was only to determine the problem...which is not a free estimate, right?. The technician said they were using very expensive equipment to justify the cost. Again, we declined. The technician left and shortly afterwards we received a call from his supervisor. The supervisor was very rude and pushy in questioning why we called them if we didn't want to use their services. Not a way to win our business.

Had a late night emergency plumbing problem, called them because they said they ""guarantee"" they will be at the job in 60 minutes or less, and waited one and a half hours for technician. He got here and moved at the speed of negative. He snaked the line twice, unclogging the drain, then tried to sale me on a camera inspection and further repairs. It was after midnight at this time and I told him I would think about it an call them in the morning. He then put the toilet back on (it had to come out for the snake) and asked me if there was a ""slight rocking"" in the toilet before he took it off. I told him no, and he said that there is now and that it had something to do with our floor. When he went out to the truck to do the invoice I got my own wrench, went into the bathroom to see what the ""rocking"" issue was, and it was more than a ""slight rock"", it was an outright safety issue! The toilet bolts were not even tightened up to the toilet. When he came in he asked me if I was ok with the toilet, to which I responded with ""I am now that I fixed it"". He acted surprised and told me I probably overtightened the bolts and can possibly break our toilet. It was late, I didn't argue. At the end of the night I paid $500 for a snake and had to help with the repairs. Never again.

Think twice before you use this company. I strongly recommend Roseville Plumbing instead. My call was for two toilets that were not flushing properly (water was not able to completely leave the tank) and water was pooling on the floor at the base of one of the toilets.
Summary of the work: 3 repairmen, 7.5 hours, 2 days, and over $500.
Day One: When told he was done, I flushed both toilets in front of the repairman. The water still did not leave the tanks unless the hanles were held down the entire time. The repairman seemed perplexed when I showed him. His remedy was to install new flappers. After his second attempt, the toilets worked perfectly. This work took from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Day Two: Water still pooling. A different person returned who announced that a leaking tank was the culprit.
When I complained that it was frustrating to pay for a second call when so many hours had been put in the day before and I had been told the work was complete, I was told ""well at least we fixed it"" and ""I didn't charge you for today"". The second visit took 20 minutes to successfully solve the problem.
When I questioned the high price for the amount of work done, I was told the amount I paid was a ""good price"". While it's true that $500 for the number of hours/men and parts was, indeed, ""good,"" my point was that it was ludicrous that so many hours were required for the type of repairs made (and not made). After all, it took one man 20 minutes to repair a leaky toilet on day two. Yet $500 for the work of two men over seven hours the day before were unable to successfully address the leak.

Don't waste your time;. Took off work early to be available for a between 4 and 5 pm appointment. At 3:44, Doug (dispatcher) calls and states they are busy and can't make the appointment time. Look else where. There must be someone actually interested in providing reliable service.

My toilet clogged up so I called at 8:30am this morning. They were able to send a technician out within a half hour! Fifteen minutes later, my toilet was running like new again. I am so impressed with how quickly they were able to come and fix it! Good prices, friendly technicians = A very happy customer.

I called them for some sprinkler work. The technician said I needed 4 new valves and the total cost was over $500. I've replaced valves before and know this isn't very difficult, but I thought since he was a pro, the work would be worth the price. WRONG!
When he was done the wiring on 1/2 of the system shorted and he said he could fix that at ADDITIONAL costs. No thanks. Then once I got the system all wired again and working, it caused something called water hammer (basically a loud thud in the pipes when they shut off, due to the valve slamming shut). The technician came back and said we needed a regulator at further cost of over $800. I said no thanks, had a more reputable plumber quote the same job at $520.
There were two 1 star reviews, mine being the second of the two. Within 1 week, suddenly 3, 5 star reviews appear? I seriously doubt the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews.
