Met with Charlie Scott for an estimate to replace my aged gas-fired forced air furnace. Charlie was very helpful and informative in educating me on my options regarding newer technologies such as heat pumps and on adding air conditioning. His practical advice was invaluable.

While I still have some more homework to do before making a final decision Service Lion's pricing appears attractive, certainly competitive, and Charlie's estimate was comprehensive.

This was an excellent service experience. We lost power in our bedroom and called Service Lion who deployed Oscar to investigate the matter. Oscar and his brother arrived and diagnosed that a power surge occurred that, in addition to damaging a breaker, the surge also scorched the bus bars in the breaker box and that a new breaker box and surge protection would be needed to bring the 25+ year old box up to current code. He implemented a short-term solution and made an appointment for repairs. Arriving on time and on the repair date the solutions were implemented and everything is in excellent condition. Throughout the process, Oscar and his brother were friendly and courteous and kept us up-to-date on the repairs and finished on schedule. They even provided a generator that powered my computer and wi-fi that allowed me to work from home while the power was out. Both Oscar and his brother we kind and friendly. The experience was like having friends over. Thank you for the provided service and friendly conversation.
