Chris was outstanding! I had a list of electrical needs & he did them all and more. I requested yesterday and he came today.

Do not trust this service company.
They are manipulative and corrupt.
They insisted that they were helping me despite knowing my financial situation.

Kept insisting on giving me a bundle deal and if I signed up for monthly maintenance would get a distance.

asked me for my social and took out the maximum amount they possible could and came to do half the work they promised. which was electrical and air conditioning replacement

and they said the loan they helped me take out wouldn't need to be started paying for until their service was complete.

after installing my airconditioner and yes I do have the service lion logo on the new air condition. and fixing my electrical.

same day they left, the air conditioner started making noises all of a sudden

and they kept insisting that it's was because my furnance also needed to be replaced. (which it did not)

and so they falsely lied and did install my air conditioning the proper way.

but they completed the the work that day - so I had to restart paying the loan that they took out.

and kept sending techs to see what was wrong with my airconditioner and kept saying we need to replace the furnance as well for it all to work and trying to get me to buy a furnance.

and so they withheld my own air conditioning from me. and I suffered in extreme heat. my illness is gravely affected by it to the point I could not sleep at my own home for weeks.

and finally when I wouldn't buy the furnance. they were like well your loan only covered this much but you still owe us $4000. and I was like are you kidding me ? you didn't even complete the work. and they were like pay us the four thousand dollars upfront that the amount of the loan didn't cover (which I had to put on two separate credit cards) and we will send a tech out to help. continued to send techs to upsell me a furnance until they finally sent Oscar the initial guy that helped me with everything after like 3-5 attempts who fixed the problem within the hour....

so not only did they make out my credit cards by blackmailing me but they also withheld my own functioning new airconditioner for me by not completely install it in the first place.

and so they got paid by taking out a loan with my SSN and kept trying to get higher loans but couldn't because I really wasn't in a position to take out that much of a loan. and then so not only did I have to start paying off the loan ""i"" I was approved for but I also had to pay off the $4k of credit card debt at the same time (just to be delayed cool air for almost a month) and they still went ahead and falsely submitted to the the loan company the day that their services was completed.

And blackmailed me into paying the $4k automatically if I wanted my air fixed.

Do not trust this company !

Set up an appointment with Silvia a day in advance, told the day off work (Friday) to be home for the service technician, only to be told they could not keep the appointment 30 minutes before, asking to reschedule for the following day (Saturday) Not very reliable.

It has been over 3 months since the work bega and It is still not complete. Every time I call they give me a run around. Or they try to schedule an appointment at three different times depending on who you talk with.
It is my strongest opinion that this company is not one that i would ever recommend to anyone!! Once they receive their money you no longer matter to them!!!
Their work is mediocre at best you can do better elsewhere.

Service lion was amazing. We had a kitchen sink drainage issue going on. We ended up having to replace the entire line underground from the sink to the main line. The crew did an amazing job and finished the job in a timely manner. They were on top of it and the communication was top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I feel that the value was extremely poor. They fixed the issue but to charge $320 for less than 15 min of work is crazy. I will try another company next time.

Service Lion sent techs to do work on my AC unit and they re-wired the thermostat incorrectly. Due to this, they claimed that they had to replace unit. They charged me $2,200 for the work they did that day and said they'd quote a new unit. They didn't let me check the unit after their work, so I don't even know if they did what they said. They also left roof door unlocked and open after they left.

I had another company come out for a second opinion, they fixed the wiring in the thermostat and the unit began working fine, that company only charged $270 for that and even changed the filters on the unit for free. They said that the Service Lion techs did not do anything in the unit. They explained that someone tampered with the wiring and did it wrong so that it wouldn't work correctly. The unit is fine and does not need to be replaced.

The company that fixed Service Lion's tampering was Brea OC plumbing and heating. I highly recommend them.

Service Lion will rip you off, they will laugh about it on the phone and charge you more than other companies. A week after the ""work"", Service Lion double charged me. Another $2,200! That is fraud. When I called the office, Anise answered and laughed then made multiple rude comments. Next call I got Anthony and he also laughed and was sarcastic about the charge. It was eventually refunded but it took a while. That should never be allowed to happen.

Please, use any other company other than Service Lion. I was ripped off big time, lesson learned.

10/10 for customer service and a 10/10 for professionalism. We had an outlet issue today and Oscar had come to help us out. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the issue and was able to provide an efficient solution. He was super nice and we really appreciated his help!

Steve (HVAC) and Jacob (electrician) came out today to resolve my inoperable HVAC system. Both were polite, efficient, courteous and very professional.
Both identified the issue in their respective areas of expertise very quickly, and were able to correct the issues while I waited.

They were great and I would have zero reservations about using ServiceLion again.

We had an AC problem. Tech came after 5 as we were informed by the office. Extremely hot weather, had to be fixed for my 95 year old mothers home. Tech JD recommended replacing 2 parts and adding a 3rd that was not on the unit. Hmm? All quotes included their 'Membership' program discount. We got 3 estimates including all parts and less parts, which all seemed high. We had them only replace a capacitor that supposedly was a $400 part. With labor etc charge was a bit over $500. Declined the monthly $14.95 Membership - 2x a year maintenance plan. Turns out the original equipment capacitor from Carrier only costs $21-22. Big markup over 1000%. Buyer beware. Get 2 estimates. Never again with Service Lion.
