I would not recommend this company to anyone. Had the unit that was in the house originally to only have more aggravation with the new unit. Also, had to continuously call each summer, but the underlying problem has still not been identified. Also, since they do not like the fact that I am unhappy with the way employees speak to customers and they are not happy with the fact that I feel there is a lack of communication and also misleading information given in order to rationalize they refuse to service a product that was installed by them in my home. The unit has had issues since it was I stalled in 2019. In fact, they were called back within a months time because the unit was not able to switch between cold and heat. The technician spent hours at my home trying to identify the problem. I still do not know what was wrong. They did fix it. Since then the unit has not cooled the house properly. If the power goes out or there is a power surge they have had to be called. Then I am told it needs to be charged or coils cleaned or they tell me something else. Then when I call to discuss I am told something different. Trying to discuss this situation with them they do not understand or comprehend my frustration because I was not respectful to their employees. I guess it is OK for the unit to not work correctly and for their employees or particular employee(s) to speak in whatever manner he refuses. I do not want them to work on the unit. However, I would like to know what caused the unit to have problems from the time it was installed amd for this to be acknowledged. They do not seem to even acknowledge there was an issue at installation. It is as though this never happened. It does not take a lot to ask to address that there was a problem and is possibly what has caused the continuing problem. I only gave a one star because selecting a star is required. There isn't an option for no star or negative stars. Again, this is just my opinion and point of view.
Just had them come out. Yearly service. I haven't been very kind. It feels like they were great 4 yrs ago and slowly the service has deteriorated to the point where everyone just seemed overwhelmed, specially the people answering the phone. I understand I guess, nothing in America is the same anymore. Anyway. There service technician Farad Bashir was wonderful. He reminded me of why I went there in the first place. In his own way, he explained how they're trying their best to get things turned around. I believe him. I know there's a lot of negative posts. I totally understand. this was just my experience. I'm willing to hang in there. And as far as Service Experts goes, don't take your employees for granted. Farad Bashir is a good one.
If I could rate this company a negative 10, I would. We live in Florida and the company, knowing, installed defective Lennox parts. So ther!
My father, at the age of 86, was convinced by someone in this company to replace a 7 year old air conditioner with a 10 year lease on a product that is """"not"""" owned by him at the end of the lease. He was paying $284 a month. The math says that he will have paid $34,080 at the end of the lease for the most expensive air conditioner on the market, but the value of it is really $12,000. Use caution in using this company, especially the leasing half of the company. They will tell you the value in the contract is in the service plan. Sure, fixing manufacturers defects, on a unit with a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer, or replacing $12 filters for 10 years is worth that much money. So I give them 1 star only because I can't give them zero.
Avoid this company like the plague. They couldn't diagnose the problem so they kept amending their quote. Made me pay them UPFRONT saying it's company policy, and then kept adding more things, and I naively kept giving them more money. Mind you, this is all before they did a stitch of work. They left not having started anything. Left my whole property a mess, my ac they took apart for the """"diagnosis"""", wasn't even put back together. I took pictures. And they left an item called the capacitor by my front door, my son got zapped. I called and asked for my check back and was told they would call me back. I wasn't even given any paperwork of the quote. Was told they don't print things out, um okay, how about sending it through email??. Then the person in the office tried saying the trip is $90, when she had originally said $30. I want my check back! And your lucky I don't sue you for my son getting hurt!!! Scam artists!!

Roger D.I should have waited an hour before updating my review. The system is down again for the 12th time in the last 2 weeks. Do not buy a Lennox AC unit as it seems that Service Experts can't fix them. Now waiting for a tech. Temp is 83 degrees in the house and going up.
We're had to get extra filters due to my health conditions. Plus when I used to call, I was able to get a service person out the same day. Now I couldn't get anyone out on a weekend! They're telling us that it's a problem with the call center after hour's? I wouldn't have those people working for my class period! But first thing Monday morning, I was contacted about the problem and within less than an hour, Michael was here and able to fix the problem. Plus he showed me how to deal with the problem so my husband can do it if he's home. Or my neighbor can. I did have a problem with the last service guy that came out due to not showing up or calling me. I've had a few issues with the company, but overall I'm good with the service for the so so part. Therefore that's why I'm giving them a three star for the rating. Thank you, Mrs. D. Mabie
This company was hired to clean my mini splits by a remediation company, they basically wiped the dust off the outside my grandmother could have done this. The dirt inside is all still there. I contacted them to try to reschedule, see if there is a more intense cleaning bit no response. The only reason they get any stars is they went to Salt Springs
In January of this year, I hired Service Experts to replace my a/c. Short story, they quickly came and installed a Lenox A/C that stopped working in 1 day. The service man couldn't fix it and it needed to have new parts. I told them I wanted it replaced with a new working unit as I did not buy an open box. During this time the temperature dropped into the 20s and we had to go to a hotel for 2 days. At some point in time, the unit was replaced with a Carrier unit. The new nest thermostat doesn't work correctly and I have never been shown how to work it properly, as promised. I gave the two hotel bills to the techs for reimbursement but never heard from anyone. I bought their best plan to the tune of $193.00 a month for 10 years. They never replaced the broken skirting around the a/c unit, allowing critters to get in under the home and do destruction. They never took out permits. They never finished the insulation, In my Florida room, they did install a return line but didn't install incoming vents. To cool the room I still have to run my window a/c unit all day. For this top-of-the-line plan, they never gave me filters to change that are part of the contract. Had to go and buy my own. The reason I hired them is to have all of the work done by one company. I was told they had a plumbing division and that fixing my on-demand hot water problem should be simple. Their plumbing division is one guy who knew little or nothing about on-demand hot water. In the end, I canceled that as he wanted to come out and poke through other people's homes to see if he could figure out how to fix it. This place took advantage of an old lady and never finished the work. I am now left to sue for breach of contract! If I could give less than 1 star I would.
