I ordered a cleaning that didn't happen . but was told I had a crack in duck work . the next morning 2 tech's showed up and said they couldn't repair it .so I crawled under the trailer and noticed the vent connection were broke free on 4 air ducts that I reached in from the to and did the repairs myself . I now bought a newer unit that is due to be delivered I will have to install myself because I'm scared that there will be a excuse again .

I'm a senior , disabled woman living on a very limited income .. My hot water heater went out Sunday Dec 1 i have been without water since. I haven't been able to find anyone that would allow me to make payments and then i found Service Experts and not only do they allow payments but no money down and it's call Advantage Program. They supply you with 24/7 Emergency service, No charge for parts or labor and many other things. This is something that is just absolutely perfect for seniors or anyone for that matter. Very low monthly payments and you can either pay for the unit at any time or you can continue on the Advantage Program Indefinitely (i'll be on it Indefinitely cuz lemme tell you.. 10 day to 2 wks or even 1 day without hot water isn't fun. I love Service Experts and highly recommend them. My Representative is Lance and he's so nice, professional just truly an awesome guy

The AC techs themselves are usually decent. Depends on who you get. One time, a gentleman had the nerve to complain about there being a large spider near my outdoor unit. As if I have any control over a spider existing outside. But mostly this negative review has to do with the customer service reps they have answering the phones. Most of them give an attitude nearly every time I speak with them. I work in the customer service industry so I know what good customer service looks like, and you will NOT find it with these folks.

PLEASE NEVER CALL OR CONTACT THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND CROOKS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS SCAMMERS...!!! Through the few years they serviced the NEW high-end LENNOX AC/Heat system they installed in my house and every time they service the unit they continuously harassed me to add more stuff to the new system. Yearly I renewed the preventive maintenance contract with them, and then one day they mailed me a special offer to extend the PM contract for another two or three years. I choose the three years contract and I mail them the check. At the end of the year contract they did a repair to the unit and without realizing they tacked to the repair bill another year for the PM contract. A year went by and after the PM service was completed the tech gave me a bill for another year contract. I told him that I had paid for a three years plan. The tech called the main office and after talking with their account rep she told me that they could not find anything, but to email her all the documents. I expedited and emailed her the copy of the check and the other documents she requested. After a week and no reply, I call her again and I told her that I didn't want the money back just for them to provide the service contract I paid for"""". Her excuse was that they had forwarded my case to corporate because it seems that my check was processed by corporate not them (local Ocala FL office). Another week went by and no one ever called me back. So again, I called them and they told me to send them more information. I searched and I e-mail them all the papers they ever game me. While I waited for their response I went to my bank and they told me that the check was processed thru the Service Expert Chase Bank account and that it was nothing they could do, but they suggested to go to Chase Bank. So, I went to Chase Bank...and what a waste of time...they washed their hands and they told me to go to Service Experts. After patiently waiting for another month I called Service Experts and going thru a few loops they finally transferred me to the person that was handling my case, but since no one answered I had no other choice just to leave him a message. I waited another week and the same...left a message and again no call back. A year had passed and still my issue hasn't been resolved. I should had written this review. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF PLEASE NEVER CALL OR CONTACT THESE PEOPLE!

I replaced my ac and furnace with them last year. The service is great, however after a year my unit was acting up. They have been out every week the past two and half months trying to fix the problem. This has caused a 60 dollar spike in my energy bill for 3 months. They always get someone out the same day i call which is nice, however not solving the issue has gotten old and has caused me to take time off work for the technicians to come. Them kicking back something for this inconvenience would be nice. I doubt however this will happen.

My old Heat Pump died. It was very old and beyond repair, so i was not surprised that it needed to be replaced. I purchased a new unit from Service Experts. The Good: The unit was installed the very same day. Every technician I encountered was polite, professional, and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. If you have a problem, a technician comes out the same day even if it's late in the evening. The Bad: I am by no means an experts, but about a week later the unit outside was making a strange noise. I don't expect the unit outside to be *completely* silent. I fully understand that heat pumps, compressors, or any machine, all make their unique noises, but I don't expect the noise to be jarring. Instead of the sound of air moving (the sound that I compare to an oversized fan running) or the steady whir of a machine running, I hear this jarring noise The noise sounds like metal rumbling or vibrating. My unit is in my back yard. I can hear the noise when I'm in my front yard or when I'm in the house. I called the company. A technician was sent the same day. He confirmed that I wasn't crazy or hearing things. He even said the noise wasn't normal. He took off panels and tightened things. When he was done, he and I could still hear the noise. I told him this. He stated that the noise """"sounded quieter"""" (I disagree) and to call back again if it got louder. The noise is still there. This system is a substantial financial investment for me. It is a Lennox, so it's a trusted brand. You get what you pay for. I much expect better for the amount I paid. My fear is that something is going on that is being ignored or may cause problems later on. If it turns out that this is the """"normal"""" sound for the system, I regret buying that system because I don't want myself (or my neighbors) to have to hear that noise any time it turns on. Our neighborhood is quiet so noise travels. I can hear other neighbors' units """"whirring"""" when they turn on, but it's a """"normal"""" sound. I'm calling the company again. If it gets fixed, I hope I can update this review to give the company credit for their effort. If it doesn't get fixed, I'll be sure to indicate that also.

This is the worst company I might of ever had the displeasure in dealing with. 9/2/17 they came to my home to do service on an AC unit sold me a $600.00+ new fan motor. Also at that time told me how I should have a service contract. sold me a additional service contract for $145.00.This contract stated they where to come out quarterly to do maintenance.11 months go by no one calls no one shows up.In the mail I receive a renewal letter for another year.I contacted the company I expressed NO way I was going to Resubscribe you never showed up the first time.I want a refund of my $145.00 . Young lady on the phone say we tried to call you 3 times in 11 month and where unable to connect with you therefore you are not entitled to a refund. Turns out they had the wrong number nothing changed on my end they just wrote it down wrong or typed it into there system wrong.So i express to this young lady 3x in a year so each quarter for the past 3 quarters to called ONCE.I then expressed concern over the fact they did not have an issue reaching out to me via mail stating they have not been able to contact us via the information they have please call the off to schedule your maintenance or heck even an email.She exclaimed no 3 calls is enough and she was not willing to refund the $145.00.These people are 100% rip off artist they took our money did not for fill there end of the contract did not make reasonable effort to even do so..BUYER BEWARE please do your self a favor and call a company not out to rip you off.

Nice service technicians but call center and scheduling are not great. I signed up for Ultimate Protection plan so maintainence is free. Twice now when making an appointment for standard maintenance the techs have showed up at the wrong date/time. Not their fault since they are routed there but it was not my scheduled date. They also say they will call prior to coming but that is not the case.

Buyer Beware - I own multiple properties in 4 cities, so I've had to use several A/C companies over the years. Recently, a snake had wrapped itself around the condenser fan shaft at one property causing the condenser to trip out. Service Experts of Ocala came out for a diagnostic visit. Their primary solution recommendation was to replace the entire outside condenser unit. Their secondary solution recommendation was to replace the Fan/Motor, Capacitors, and Contactor for a total estimate of $1150. The estimate seemed extremely high to me based on past A/C issues, so I opted to get a second opinion. DJ Cooling came out, removed the snake from around the shaft, reset (pushed in) the contactor and the unit fired right up with no issues. I contacted Service Experts to request my $99 diagnostic fee back referencing their 100% satisfaction guarantee and they declined to refund my money, insisting that their diagnosis was a good one. If you're looking for an A/C company you can trust, I would avoid Service Experts of Ocala, but I would recommend contacting DJ Cooling.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM, I called about having my AC repaired. The technicians that came out to my property were trying to force us to purchase a whole new system, their system cost 10k. I refused to purchase and they told me my old system was broken, old and could not be repaired. I said I couldn't afford to purchase a new system for $8,200 dollars so they offered me a payment plan with a 7.5% interest rate for 10 years. I explained to the technician that this meant my unit would end up costing me $10,000 dollars and they said I was doing the wrong math. They insisted they needed an answer immediately because my existing unit was never going to cool again. I refused and asked them to leave. they were extremely rude and disrespectful. I did some research and found out that the reason their units are so costly and they push to sell them is because the technicians are offered commission for each AC sold. I called a different co. and a new tech came my AC was repaired for 350 dollars works great without any problems and I was also told that it had many more years of use since it was only 7 year old unit. PLEASE DO NOT TRY SERVICE EXPERTS THEY ARE NOT THERE TO HELP THE CUSTOMER THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BY TELLING THEM THEIR UNIT IS NO LONGER GOOD.
