After years of issues with our unit we bought an entire new HVAC system from Service Champions and also the MVP package. The service has been top notch outstanding!! Everyone has been responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. No question is to dumb or issue too small for them to handle it quickly, competently and professionally. Gina, the tech that came out today for our annual service checkup was a delight to work with. She answered all our questions and showed us pictures of everything and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I'm late in responding to the yelp review. There was a delay in getting a tech out to fix a problem I feel was caused by the initial inspection. I didn't have problems before the inspection. I feel like Service Champions should prioritize service issues like mine where I didn't have heat after the inspection. They did eventually come and fix the issue at no charge. Be careful because if they break something during the $80.00 inspection, you may not get someone back immediately because of their scheduling. Which I complained about and was ignored.

We have the MVP program. Which allows for 2 tune ups a year and a safety inspection anytime. With summer approaching, I called for an AC inspection before we crank it up. Osag got us all set up. Changed both filters in my home and was a delight to be around. Highly recommend!

Our 20-year-old furnace died right during the freezing temps this winter, and Rajan came out the very next day. He identified problems with our old ducts and old AC, too, which were wasting energy and money. The team that installed our new furnace and AC were awesome! Kelsey, Christian, Avalino, Hung, Edel, Ron, Santino and Andrew were all extremely professional and we highly recommend Service Champions.

Earlier today Andrew Sheperd came out to our house to perform our MVP inspections on our heaters and air conditioning system. Andrew performed an extremely thorough inspection and was very professional and succinct when reviewing his findings. In fact, he found a number of issues with our heaters that had existed since the original installation in 1996 and had never surfaced in any prior inspections. We appreciate his thorough inspection, attention to detail and detailed review of the issues he uncovered. Andrew is a great asset for the company!

The technician Dan came for the repair today on time. He explained the whole work that would be done, answered my concerns patiently during his work, and scheduled another appointment next week for the sanding and painting that require the primer to be dry completely. Therefore, I changed the review back to 4 stars because of Dan's work, and 1 star was still deducted for the previous 2 appointments canceled without prior notification.

My Dad is a bit of perfectionist and perfect results is what he received from Joel and his team.

I do not recommend going to this business. They forced a cleaning service on me after they told me I'd have to replace my furnace anyways. They just want to take your money without providing quality service. The technician, Jaleel, began the work before I even agreed to anything.

We called and asked for a furnace cleanup/tune up quote. Got the quote and was told an inspection is free of cost. The day comes and 5 minutes into the inspection Jaleel said that our exhaust would need cleaning but it'll be an extra charge. He continued checking everything and said ""let me save you some money and just check the heater exchange as well, if it's cracked then no point of doing anything."" Then we find out there's a crack and basically the whole furnace was at its end of life. (You'd think this is when we'd end the inspection and call it a day) Mind you, this was only 5-10 minutes into the conversation and it was still just an inspection. I questioned it asking if I needed to change the furnace then what's the point of the tune up or clean up -- that's when he said he already started on the tune up. So I asked ""how is it a tune up? You literally unscrew one part to check the heater exchange because you offered to do so to save me some money."" Jaleel's response was ""well....this is part of the tune up"" he knew what he was doing and forced a service that was not needed just so they can make some money. He just unscrewed one piece and said he started on the tune up already. I tried speaking with a manager and they said that best they can do was to make it around 30 bucks cheaper for a safety inspection only but prior to this, they said an inspection is free. A complete waste of money and scam! I'm very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone in the future.
