Yovanni Gil did a great job. He was very friendly (he partner was also great, didn't get his name, even though he did introduce himself as well). They were both very thorough. The were supposed to install a thermostat I had purchased, but it was not the right one. Before Yovanni was to install it, he read the box and discovered I needed a c-wire which I don't have. He kept the packaging intact so that I could easily return it. And my dog Brady loved them both. He gives a thumbs up too! Thank you, Mike

Service Champions installed my heater and have performed two maintenance checkups. They are always professional. After completion of their tasks, they take time to make sure I understand what was done. During Covid-19, their adherence to masking and social distancing was comforting.

Hector showed up at the beginning of the time window they provided. He wore a mask and was very conscious of safety. He resolved the issue quickly and offered to help if we run into any issues in the future. Great prompt service!

2 months after install of heater AC and new ductwork
I am still waiting on parts to install AC and fix the damper on pressure release duct.
No checks done for air pressure from vents after install.Office is not aware of missing parts from technician. Leaks near the heater and ductwork which I patched myself
Have been a MVP customer and a return customer for heater install...Not the best treatment in terms of customer satisfaction
I feel like I paid for a BMW that doesn't move!

I bought my furnace from Service Champion, formerly known as Temperature Perfection, about eight years ago. Ever since then, they have been servicing my furnace annually. The support team is excellent in scheduling as well as communicating the day of service.
This year, Kevin A, was assigned to my case. Kevin arrived at 9:00am with mask-on and shoe-cover. Very polite and friendly. He took apart the furnace, examined it thoroughly, walked me through the parts, and educated me on what I can do to prolong the life of the furnace. He went up to the attic and told me that the insulation level is low and recommended me to fill it up. He did not hard sell me and even told me that it could be done by myself. And more importantly, he told me how insulation is number 1 on energy saving. (but most likely, I am going to have them do it.) And then, he told me that the wire on NEST was not connecting correctly, and he helped me to fix that. e

Tim Bolger was our maintenance technician today. He arrived with a mask, booties to cover his shoes and tools of course! We informed him what our concerns were which he really appreciated. He was very efficient and provided excellent service. His customer service skills are excellent too. He spent time explaining what he did and answering our concerns. He gave me some tips. I learned a lot about our furnace and what I can do in between each service maintenance call. He was honest and very informative. Next maintenance visit I will request him. Thank you Tim!

I was having some issues with my heating furnace. Scheduled an appointment for an HVAC technician to visit my home for a diagnostics check. Hugo was very professional. He was well prepared with a properly worn face mask, had footwear covers on as well to not track outside dirt into my home. Explained in details what was part of the diagnostics and was able to capture any additional things that he would recommend with maintenance of the heating system. Highly recommend if you can pick who you work with. Thanks Hugo!
