Very knowledgeable, explains what he is going to do. Installed needed thermostat and was very patient in explaining to my elderly sister how to use the thermostat.

Do not let these people into your home. They will push a bogus ""club"" contract on you , sell
you over priced equipment (even at ""club"" rates ) and do a half ass job fixing your furnace. I would not trust them. There are plenty of truly reputable heating and cooling services out there and this is not one of them.

Outstanding service today from Dan Tran at Service Champions! Dan came by today to service my furnace. He arrived on time, kept me up to date on what he was doing, and provided a resolution. Top notch service and professionalism.

Leandro came to do our yearly service on our heating system today and while he was here he cheerfully helped us carry in and assemble our 10' Christmas tree. Thanks Leandro and Service Champions for helping us get a head start on the most important holiday we celebrate!

So far so good. This is a large company so expect 5 Star all the way through. Easy to get a hold of and everyone is very professional. I have to give a shout out to John and Cesar who installed our new furnace. They were on time, super professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Service goes a long way and even those this company isn't the cheapest the experience and assurance that they'll be around years to come made it all worth it. Thanks John, Cesar and Erland!

As usual service was prompt, thorough and the representative was respectful of my home, using drop cloths and wearing booties while he was working. The representative educated me on how the furnace worked and showed me all the pieces he was working on. It was very informative; it helps to know how these things work from the inside!!

Service Champions has repaired the problem with our heater. Mr. Leland Smith who is the owner of Service Champions is amazing. The technician James Narvarro is a God send and extremely knowledgable. It is so refreshing to be able to trust an ethical company to do what they say they are going to doing. And repair, and maintain our families heating and air conditioning system. So glad we are VIP customers.

Hired service champions to come out and clean my a/c unit a while ago. The rep was real pushy, trying to sell me a monthly service package. He said he took a look at my coils and they were extremely dirty, covered in old hair and junk. Told me how has it was for our air that we breathe. Tried to sell me air purifiers and recommended I clean it replace my coils
I'm replacing my whole system today and took a look at my coils. Doesnt look anywhere to what he described.
Don't trust them.

I had an HVAC installed 2 years ago by Savecal. In Feb this year I get a letter from the city that the work was never reported as completed and the permit was set to expire. ??? Call Savecal and it took 6 months to get them to come out pull permit notify city and have city inspector proof their work. All that done ok, but city inspector says why is water dripping out of overflow pipe outside my kitchen window. I say it's always done that. He says it's supposed to drip out of main pipe at side of house. So begins the LONG process to have Savecal correct this situation. Fast forward to a week ago when it starts to get pretty cold at night and I go to turn on the heater. No heat. Always worked before last 2 winters. Call Savecal. I will have to pay for a tech since it's a new issue and I don't have a service agreement. Mind you, this was a new issue but Savecal has NOT fixed the original overflow pipe issue AT ALL. Plus they screwed with the gas line. And don't tell me gas line shut off or to not turn it on or that I'd be without heat.
My friend (best bud now after this) recommends Service Champions and says they come out 2X a year and she's happy with their work.
Service Champion tech Gregory comes out and says no heat cuz gas line shut off. BUT the bigger ISSUE is the gas line from furnace in attic is not sealed correctly and was actually LOOSE. I heard the leaking gas hiss. What if I had turned the main gas line ON? I don't even want to think of what would have happened to me or my family or my home!
Greg retuned a few days later with Mark, gas line expert with over 20 years experience with Service champions. They repaired the gas line from the furnace, tested everything out and now my house can be warm at night and we don't have to be blown up.
I cannot say THANK YOU enough to this company and the techs they sent out. I am beyond grateful. And of course I've signed up for their service contract.
Quick friendly service and they get the job done RIGHT.
Now come to find out, Service Champions' motto is ""Good deeds for free"". I really respect this company and WILL be recommending them to anyone who will listen from now on.

Yesterday Dan Ward from Service Champions came to our home to do a annual check up on our heating system. Dean was on time and explained everything he was going to do in advance and finished at exactly the time he said he would. Dean is not only an expert in heating systems, he's also a delightful young man and we enjoyed getting to know him. If anyone is looking for a reliable/trustworthy company in the heating/air conditioning business, I would highly recommend Service Champions and when you call ask to have Dean be your inspector.
